The person at front counter said this location did not have plates to provide, offered pieces of cardboard instead. I asked for crushed red pepper he said they did not have any. I didnt even bother to ask for parmesan. These are very fundamental things to provide to customers when buying pizza, your competitors all provide these and I am highly disappointed with the experience, I haven't even tried the pizza. It may or may not be good but this experience was very disappointing. Will be leaving google review as well. Do better guys

Ordered on 11/15 through the app. Upon arrival it was apparent they were extremely busy (it was a Friday night, so I can’t say I was shocked). The manager was helping an unreasonably upset customer, he explained that they had received a large surge of orders and that the individual store had no control over the estimated wait times the app was giving customers. He was professional and offered him available solutions. It was apparent that everyone in that kitchen was working as quickly and efficiently as they could with drivers going in and out the door every few minutes. Hats off to this crew!

They don’t carry Parmesan/pepper packs anymore? That’s ok. I asked for napkins, apparently they don’t carry that either anymore? No plates? Wow ok. Then to find out, they also don’t cut the pizza anymore. It was whole. Horrible service.

Ordered on line as per commercial. Ordered (2) medium 2 topping pizzas. When I walked in to pick up my order the place was in disarray, 10 Domino employees standing around, trying to make sense of what to do. They gave me my order (2) medium pizzas, I asked what happened to the upgrade to (1) large as advertised, cashier said nothing can be done. Your order is paid in full $15.00 using your giftcard. I had to ask for a receipt so I would have something showing the balance on my giftcard. Very unorganized, terrible customer service. I've been here several times and usually very good service. Terrible and disappointing, nothing what is advertised.

Their NY style pizza is absolute garbage!! As in, burnt, dry, hardly any cheese and tastes like it was cooked hours before and left sitting. It went straight into the trash where it belonged.

August 4th I ordered pizza online for delivery, after 1 hours I did not received my order, on map it showed me that the driver did not moved like stop somewhere, I called them and cancel my order cause had to go out for work, asked them to refund my money, they never refund that amount, called them 4times to do refund but i never received my money back. Don’t order online
