No parmesan and crushed red is one thing but they said they don't do napkins or paper plates anymore at this one specifically and that's just a step too far. Soon they won't be doing pizza either

Terrible customer service. Delivery guy didn’t knock at the door. Called me once I didn’t answer my phone was charging at the bedroom. I called him back 3 mins after he had called, didn’t answer and decided to leave with my order. I called the store and THE MANAGER said quote “what do you want me to do”…. Do your job as a manager a job you are getting paid mostly to make best customer service decisions . he was rude and condescending!

Employees we rude ans snappy when asked for plates and napkins. Young lady snapped with an attitude after i asked if at least napkins and she raised her voice “we don’t carry any in the store!”

Ordered three pizzas with the garlic crust. None of the pizzas had it. So sad. So disappointing
I ordered a pizza and picked it up. The app said it was done when I got to the store. I live 1.1 mile away. When we got home it was obviously not fresh. When I called the manager he said he cooked it himself and there was nothing he could do.

The person at front counter said this location did not have plates to provide, offered pieces of cardboard instead. I asked for crushed red pepper he said they did not have any. I didnt even bother to ask for parmesan. These are very fundamental things to provide to customers when buying pizza, your competitors all provide these and I am highly disappointed with the experience, I haven't even tried the pizza. It may or may not be good but this experience was very disappointing. Will be leaving google review as well. Do better guys

Ordered on 11/15 through the app. Upon arrival it was apparent they were extremely busy (it was a Friday night, so I can’t say I was shocked). The manager was helping an unreasonably upset customer, he explained that they had received a large surge of orders and that the individual store had no control over the estimated wait times the app was giving customers. He was professional and offered him available solutions. It was apparent that everyone in that kitchen was working as quickly and efficiently as they could with drivers going in and out the door every few minutes. Hats off to this crew!
