said pizza was delivered, nothing showed up. walked all around the building looking, but no pizza anywhere. store was closed by then and the manager on duty the next day was rude and refused a refund, saying i need to “email corporate”

waste of time and money

I have my son contaminated. Today I bought a pizza in Las Vegas, I am not sure if any ingredient is contaminated; My son, a few minutes after eating, has a red rash and signs of hives and pimples all over his body; My son is not allergic to any food to this day, no one helped me solve it and Dominos does not have a place to file complaints or reports about their products or services. My son didn't eat any other food this afternoon, so I know that something in the pizza affected him.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY OUR PIZZA is cut like squares WHERE IS THE NORMAL TRIANGLE SLICE. ITS HARD TO HANDLE IT AND WHOEVERS IDEA IS THAT SHOULD BE

Delivery fee raised to $5.50. Delivery driver marks order as delivered as soon as they leave the store so there is no way to track your order. Driver leaves pizza on the ground outside, knocks and leaves my food on the ground before i can even answer the door. I have dogs that go crazy when people knock so I come outside. I for one don't like setting a pizza box on my kitchen counter that was just on the ground, which is why the track delivery option is useful. Jose, the manager, simply made excuses for his drivers ineptness rather than taking ownership. I'll just pickup if I ever order from this dominos again which is doubtful.

These guys were phenomenal!

I go to all sorts of fast food but the staff here was so funny, super engaging, and incredibly thorough to make sure my order was correct, that I was happy, and with the app I received this order in record time!

I will definitely be returning soon, and so should you! I've never had better service in a fast food restaurant, and that means a lot since these days Vegas has been suffering from quality of service for a while. These guys were the opposite, there was so many of them making sure that my order was perfect. That's exactly how I feel, this order was perfect!

So thank you again, I will see you guys soon!

Vegetarian options: You definitely can modify your toppings to your preferred vegetarian preferences

Dietary restrictions: You can modify for toppings, but I don't think there are gluten free options for the crust.

Kid-friendliness: It's a to-go restaurant so it technically is kid friendly when you get this to your house!

Wheelchair accessibility: The curb and counter is ADA accessible for getting your orders. Some ramps on the sidewalks.

Zachary aka Clementine is the worst. 0/10 would never recommend. Very unprofessional. Can we get people with basic soft skills in here and not give managerial titles to just anyone? This location has truly gone down hill since this “person” came about..

Waited 2 hours , order never arrived and its only response was that it’s not their fault 8 people quit as well as other internal complaints that have nothing to do with me as a customer .. no issue resolution, no apology, no attempt to rectify what so ever. Just combative and clearly miserable. These are the type of people who will play in your food. Be careful here.

This place is the WORST place ever, everytime we order they always have an issue and we would wait hour for our food and still got it wrong or will not delivery just because they can’t figure it out. If you call them about it they are so rude and will hang up on you. DO NOT ORDER HERE. You won’t your food and at the same time they say you get refund within 3-5 days like what?? HORRIBLE AND INCONSIDERATE

Have had several bad deliveries recently. Long wait times and the food is not fresh. Staff are rude when I call about an incorrect order, no apology for sending the wrong item. Unlikely I will order from here again.

I'm not gonna lie, the only reason I come to the Tropicana & Ft Apache location is because the service is awesome! ALL of the employees here are very polite! I have never had an order that wasn't done exactly as I ordered it! Thank you Ania and TJ for going above and beyond! You are the type of employees I seek in my own business!
