Order never arrived. Never refunded. I put an order online then called 2 minutes later to extend the time of delivery, I was promised that it would arrive an hour later than requested. I got a notification the delivery was complete and never got my order. I called and got Ezra, she said she would call the driver and call me back, waited 30 minutes. Got an employee and explained what happened, asked for store manager, was directed to a driver (Zach) that said he was store manager. (Like Ezra did the first time )Called again got the “store manager”Hector, he blamed us for not ordering correctly and cancelled it because they didn’t have enough drivers. Not only did they not refund me, he gave me multiple excuses why my ordered never arrived then said we harassed him. Ew ew ew.

“Terrible service! I placed an online order more than 40 minutes ago, and when I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up, it still wasn’t ready. They told me it was in the oven, and a few minutes later I received a message saying my order had been canceled. I asked for an explanation, and they offered no solution. Now here I am, waiting for some response with no food after 45 minutes… On top of that, I saw someone behind me leave without paying because they didn’t want to charge him, while they haven’t made any gesture towards me even though I paid for my order as soon as I arrived at the restaurant. Truly awful and disappointing service…

The pizza was the worst I've had and it's my normal favorite with dominos. The pizza was burnt and dry with no flavor and the sauce was terrible. If you only look at the help that made our food you would know why it sucks. The kids spent so much time making themselves look stupid there actions follow.

Waited on hold listening to the same message over and over forever literally no one ever answered when I called back to ask when it would arrive. Took way too long for just one large two topping pizza. Service is horrible..,,what ever happened to 30 minutes or less???

I got delivered the wrong pizza. No big deal, things happen, though as I hate pineapple I didn’t eat the pizza and wanted a refund. I have reached out several times since this happened a week and a half ago and have yet to hear from them or have them make it right. I shouldn’t have to pay for a pizza I didn’t receive

This store is the very reason we've stopped ordering Domino's. We are 2.6 miles away yet delivery takes OVER 2 HOURS. Rude, ignorant employees. Astonishing that such a business is allowed to be in the franchise.

Horrible store manager. Visit this store 1 week ago and heard store manager being disrespectful towards employees. This was really saddening. Ken has a horrible attitude and need retraining on how to speak to people. He yells at his employees.

I'm not sure what happened here but they have a time management issue and it takes 2 hours to get a pizza delivered. I don't recommend ordering if this is your designated store.

Don't order delivery, 30+ mins in the car before you get your food. Barely warm. Had to microwave. Plenty of better options

Ordered for pickup. Was in prep status for over 20 minutes. I show up and it isn't even prepped. We are talking about a large pepperoni with no cheese. Probably the easiest pizza to make. Why did it take over 30 minutes to make? This is the 2nd time I came here and this happened. Horrible service.
