Domino's Pizza

This is by far one of the most unprofessional and disorganized Dominoes store. The quality of the food is trash, always out of ingredients, and the presentation is a joke. This is the last time I place an order at this store. Fortunately I’ve placed orders at different stores who actually give a dam about making decent pizzas. Shame and a waste of time. Do better or even better close yours doors if you can’t even meet the basic standards of a retail store.

We wanted to eat the pizza at the place, but they didn't even have glasses to pour a family Coca-Cola. But the pizzas were delicious and the service was fast.

Clean & delicious pizza, I ordered build my own pizza, it’s all vegetarian, but I don’t see mushrooms & sliced tomatoes, a little cheese not extra cheese, I hope next time will be all I order.

100% crap! I got a pile of mush. Ordered light sauce but it was drowning in sauce, like it was not edible. Way too much sauce and almost no cheese. Way too much Pepperoni. Pepperoni not cooked. Knifes cuts on the veggies were ridiculous and they were raw. My pizza was also undercooked probably because it was drowning in sauce and Pepperoni and unable to cook properly. Not the first time this location has served me a raw pizza.

Came to this location on a Saturday morning 2/8/2025 around 11:15AM. Normally Domino's is my go to for ordering a carryout 9.99 pizza with one topping. For years, I have never had any issues and the pizza and customer service has been great. Well this particular time, I attempted to walk into the store and the door was locked. I then saw on the left side of the business another door with a "for pick up" sign. Once I walked into the pickup area, I noticed a pickup window in which I waited while a saw this woman sitting on the floor looking at her phone without a care in the world. After about 30 seconds, she yelled "the door is open," to my surprise there is another door to enter the door I already walked through, still was shocked her tone as she yelled for me to come in another door. As I finally made my way inside the store, not a single soul or pizza order was being made. I asked the young lady, "is there a $9.99 carryout special I can order?" With a foul look on her face and angry tone "sorry we don't have any $9.99 carryout specials, I don't know what you are talking about." I then asked if there is any pizza that is $9.99, and she angrily replied "depends on what you want!" I then replied "forget it," as I walked out without ordering anything. Domino's please identify this rude woman, and get her out of your store, she is completely not happy and hates her job, and will make your customers regret ever coming here. You have lost a loyal customer.

Ordering online was straightforward. The delivery guy was polite and friendly. The pizza was uncommonly lousy. The dough was as expected, but it was sauced too heavily. I ordered the pizza to have sausage and pepperoni on one side and just veggies on the other. Meat and veggies were mixed in all over the pizza. One of the slices was all a dough bubble with very little on it. None of the ingredients was sufficient. It's like the cost of the ingredients come right out of the owner's pockets, they were so sparse.

I've eaten pizza from California, to Chicago, to New Jersey since the 1950's. For a fresh-made pizza, this was the worst. Worse even than Shakey's was in the 1960's.

I ordered a pizza and the app said 15 min. When I got there, they said 1 hr. My order wasn't even in the oven. This location is slow. Beware. The staff had no idea what they were doing.

If I could givd this order I did today no stars I would. I got my free pizza today and handed the guy a couple bucks since that's all the cash I had on me and as I was walking out I heard him call me cheap, I also went to get a slice of pizza when I got home and noticed it wasn't even cut. I am sorry but customer service like that is not okay. Us as customers are NOT obligated to give them a tip at all and there are some people who can't afford to tip and some people who rely on that free pizza for a meal for the night for their family because that's all they can afford. I will no longer be going to this location after the experience I had today. I do not know the employees name other than the receipt says C on it.

I tried to place an online order for 2 pizza the address never came up so I called and gave my order and was told my points would still be applied to my account because it's under my phone number .....and behold today nothing I call the manager and she is aware of the issue and told.me.there was nothing she could do on her end...
So I miss out on points and rewards after spending close to 25 bucks for 2 pizza and it's all internal issues it's a simple click if shown the recept from.the first order to check the worker and correct her to not tell false information.

I order from here often and have always been very nice and tipped and would always try to be easy on them knowing how crazy people are these days but for the past 2 months there have been nothing but EXTREMELY rude delivery drivers. One even went out of his way to berate me about not tipping (I had forgotten to put in a tip in advance that day) as I was holding the money to give him a cash tip let’s just say he didn’t get a tip that day for sure after yelling at me. The other driver they usually send doesn’t follow the instructions and is extremely rude normally shoving the food at me aggressively or banging on my door like the cops (the delivery instructions say not to knock due to my anxious animals and the fact that I need contactless delivery due to a chronic illness) the loaded tots never have the Parmesan sauce on them and the pizza is never cut right. I would love to stop ordering here but in a pinch it’s the only delivery I can afford.
