Had to pay for a pizza I never received.Seriously this this just happened again tonight. However they answered the phone and said they would deliver the remaining items. But it was cold and disgusting the deliver driver knocked and ran. The person on the phone didn't care at all. I'm in the middle of. Moving this was supposed to be simple not a struggle

I have gotten nothing but good service from this location. My delivery is always quick. My food is most of the time hot and how ii ordered it but when I have had problems Renee, who they call grams has always taken care of my concerns and has resolved them with great service.

I ordered my pizza friday night to be delivered medium pepperoni. It shows it was delivered. However I never received it. I never got a phone call nothing. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. Super annoying that I paid for something that I never received.

I just got the brooklyn style pizza for the first time. Nothing significant, they just cut a "handtossed" into 6 slices. Firstly, Domino's doesn't even toss their dough, they just spread it on the counter. & they should've just cut it into 8 slices because all my slices are different sizes. This pizza looks retarded. & I selected for my pizza to be cooked well done on the app so it's not soggy. Sure enough, got a soggy pizza, which is also crazy because they barely put any sauce on it. Starting to get really tired of not getting what I'm paying for from this place...

I would give them zero stars if I could! We ordered dinner before 7 pm. The app showed us our pizza was done at 7;35. At 8:20 we start calling to find out where our food is. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I get in my car and go there and just as I get there the app says my food is out for delivery. Everyone ignored me until a driver came in. After he put all his stuff away he comes back and asks me if I am here for pickup. I said no I was trying to find out where my order was. He yelled at me "Don't you know it's Saturday night and we're busy!". I asked for the manager and one of the ladies that had been ignoring me finished a few things and then finally came over to see what I wanted. She barely spoke to me and said she could give us a credit but the one hour and a half old food was on its way. We got our food at 9:00pm. Never again!!!!!!!! 702DIANE

Ordered over the phone and when we picked up one pizza was ready but the other still had to be made and by that time the first one was cold. Customer service was horrible. Other customer were pissed and some walked out.

Nasty! Wet Dog smell to their pizza. Just threw my entire Large in the trash after 1 bite. Read online, all Dominos pepperoni pizza smells like wet dog! Freaking
