Got my pizza delivered to my house. Delivery drivers can definitely more miss than hit, but the driver we had, Eric, was quick and professional. The pizzas are pretty standard, though still a good bang for your buck.

We've been getting 'za from this Domino's for years, delivery only. Excellent delivery times, excellent price, new order app is a little iffy but that's not why I'm finally leaving a review.
The 'za arrival time was 25 minutes. It took about twice that amount of time. I was getting a little worried. Had never experienced this from them. Despite the delay the food arrived hot, and they sent me a free 'za coupon via email as an apology. One mistake in years, and they made it right without me asking. Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent price.

Unfortunately this Domino's is very inconsistent. I've been going here since they opened because my house is close by. When they first opened everything was fantastic but in 2025 it's gone down hill severely. I'm sure new management is to blame. I'll be visiting the Decatur & Blue Diamond location for a while even though it's farther from my house until this location figures it out again. This is just an overall review from someone who's notices the change in service over time. Good luck everyone.

Went to this Domino's pizza store on Cactus Rd. a little over a week ago & got the worst pizza ever which has never happend w/ Domino's but in this case it did, not only was it not well done like I asked for it & do so all time I get one, but it was also very undercooked which doesn't make sense because of asking for it well done but it's also made me very sick/ill & still am now , the pizza was raw or tasted like it & only ate one piece or tried, didn't even finish it cuz of how doughy & nasty it was , again Im only writing this because of how sick it's made me & mind you raw/ undercooked pizza is a health hazard & can make someone real sick like it has me now , you guys need to be more carful, Im suffering from discomforting & achy symptoms, because of someone mistake there & I dont know if Im going to have to be hospitalized yet but im hoping it's passes but I dont really ever write post or reviews but I had to in this case to prevent anyone else to have to go through what Im suffering now, because an establishment like yours especially handling food should be more through & sure in baking them thoroughly , I thank you for your services but this was a very unsatisfying & horrible experience here at this Domino's, & I've came here before not often but have & never jad this happen before. Please be more through in baking your pizzas!!!!! & p.s. I know it was that pizza because ive felt sick since eating it & only ate thinking it was ok ..smh

They hardly put any meat on your stuff. The bread is hard. You could throw it at a wall and it wouldn’t break. I ordered the tots with the bacon on it. There was no bacon on it and they were burnt. My Philly cheesesteak had no meat on it just onions and the bell peppers and also was very hard. My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich. There was no chicken on it. It was extremely hard. The man did change out the chicken buffalo sandwich. I would never order from here again. I am extremely unsatisfied
