second order this week due to inedible pizzas first time that when they finally answered phone i was told oh well and hung up on. i did the insurance and only got 1 of the pizzas replaced. ordered again today for driver to say he had no change but i didnt want to pay again for bad food so he left with the food, tried to reorder from different location and nope online sent me back to this one and i had no way of cancelling. the driver came and another pizza burnt, his response call store so they can remake??? uh why didnt they offered that other day and why hasnt manager reached out, and dominos customer service is ineffective with any help either...will not back there.

I left instructions on where exactly i was and was waiting outside for 30 minutes, the 2 medium pizzas were flooded with so much sauce you could tell by the cheese, also the dough was VERY underdone and gooey had light sauce on order and exclusions and they did not do any of it, the bread bites made me gag because of how much oil and seasoning they put on there, jose that was the worst pizza, you clearly dont care about the food your putting out, will be emailing corporate and complaining up the chain. This was the worst dominoes i have ever had. i cant even eat it. It makes me sick. Maybe dont have 5 orders on one delivery driver too.

Should of read the reviews first before I decided to order. Never again. Order was late but I understand cause when I arrived it was pretty busy. Was trying to grab a bite on the go between jobs. Got my pizza. Burnt. Parts of it inedible cause it was hard from being burnt. Each slice I tried to grab just ripped cause either they guy didn't cut it right or probably couldn't get a clean cut through the burnt parts! Never again! 👎 So many valid complaints, why is this store still open or not under new management!?

Canceled my order and the money was already taken from my account. I call, thinking maybe they couldnt deliver and I would just go pick it up and they said they never even had my order and they dont deliver 1 mile down the road. Who knows how long it will take to get the money back. Thanks. 👎🏼 **aedited to say that apparently they cancel orders frequently** won't be ordering from this location and from the sounds of it, they won't care. They want less business. Not more.

I went to pickup my order, the lady in the front had no smoke and when I told her the name for pickup she only picked up one of my pizzas and handed it to me with 1 hand almost completely sideways. I then told her I had more to the order, she came back and did the exact same thing tilting my pizza almost fully sideways then turned around without a word. Terrible customer service. If you don’t like your job DONT WORK THERE.!!

Placed our order and it got all the way to the “quality check” stage on the tracker and they cancelled the order. Tried calling the store and it sounded like someone picked up the phone and just set it down. We could hear people talking and the phone ringing in the background. No one ever picked up the phone. Will not be ordering from here again.

We ordered pizza for three people, but it didn't arrive. We were hungry all night, and since it was late at night, we couldn't find another restaurant nearby that was open. The restaurant was closed, so we couldn't contact them at that time. We called in the morning and told them we wanted our pizzas, and they made them and took them back.

This location wouldn't answer their phone for over an hour since I ordered. Just so happens my friend was at the front desk of my apartments and told me the pizza guy was there. Didn't speak any English. Pizza was not warm. Forgot my two marinaras that I paid for. I won't order for delivery nor pick-up ever again.
