On the app I watched the driver go all over town with my pizza. I finally got it 35 minutes AFTER he left the store. Apparently mine was the last of 4 pizzas he had. And yes it was cold. I'll never order from this dominos again.

Today, like almost always I have ordered a pizza to be delivered to my apartment after waiting more than 30 minutes the employee who makes the deliveries named (Alex) decided to cancel my order because he was not able to find the apartment where I live, all the people who come to make deliveries find the apartment in a very easy way, but this person to avoid doing the job simply cancels the order.
If I order a meal it is because I do not want to leave my house, I do not have to go out and look for the pizza delivery man, I am paying and tipping for the product to be delivered to my doorstep, if I want to go out I would order the pizza to go pick it up myself, for those reasons I do not have to be answering the phone to have to go out because in the end the delivery man is not capable of doing his job, very unprofessional people, terrible service today in this store.
To top off the unprofessionalism, I called the store, complained and asked them to please send me another order and after another half hour, they sent me the same pizza they had made for me because it arrived completely cold, I had to reheat it in the oven, garbage service.

Ordered food and never received it. Called several times and kept getting excuses - says it was completed and yet here we sit an hour plus later. No pizza. No response. Avoid this place if you are an out of tower getting pizza delivery

I've had a problem with this Pizza House for quite a while. They always seem to want to cut back on the toppings. The last I got there was almost no cheese and it was like cardboard. I complained a customer service and they said they would get in touch with the pizza owner. I don't know whether they did I'm sure they did but I never got a call back. So I called customer service again and they sent me a $50 gift card. So that tells you that Domino's corporation is serious about good food and service. I do not recommend this particular Pizza franchise

Dom is horrible at customer service! Ruined the day for our Family! Almost an hr and a half of trying to call on order status and several times being hung up on trying to cancel order without even getting a chance to speak.

Made an order at around 10pm. Its almost 1am and it never came and no updates. Tried calling and can’t get through, all you get is an extremely annoying promotional recording.

Ordered a delivery at 2:13pm and didn't arrive until 5:30pm and it was a dry cold pizza with bubbles and burnt areas and the boneless chicken was cold too the worst service I've ever experienced at Domino's never again unless they make it up how can you serve food that came out of oven almost one and half hours before it was delivered no stars from me

If I could give all zeros I would. I ordered a pizza a week or so ago. After waiting 2.5 hours they told me it was delivered. That was a lie. I never got me pizza and they gave me no option to get my money back. I called the store and the idiot girl who answered didn't seem to care but offered to remake it,which I declined. Do not order here period . AWFUL SERVICE AND KEPT MY MONEY FOR A PIZZA I NEVER GOT

This place has the service and food quality of a fast-food pizza joint, with the wait times and prices of a proper pizzaria. If I'm gonna spend 50 bucks and wait an hour for my food, I'd at least want my order to be right, and not be missing a 2-liter or have incorrect toppings on my pie. Just go to Curry Pizza House if you have that kind of money to blow; it's closer to campus and in a far-safer spot of town anyway.
