Domino's Pizza

I go to a lot of different Domino's and this is my least favorite. Always a bad experience.
Writing this now because as I pick up my pizza, the guy didn't say one word and just had this face like he couldn't stand that someone was inside the store. Vibe is all bad. Last time going there

The worstest location in all Las Vegas Nevada is this one on rainbow The manager that working right now it is August 6th at 9:50 at night and he's the manager that's working he lied me that my order was on the way we've waited 3 hours and never got no pizza My kids stood up waiting then he finally answered the phone and said that they're not bringing any food for no reason their food is horrible The worstest customer service that they have their employees are so unprofessional do not recommend this location for anyone and I am calling corporate

Order was ready on time, made as ordered. Picked it up. Walked into excessively loud gangster rap. I'm all for enjoying your music but come on...

I ordered a veggie pizza without mushrooms and diced tomatoes, but with everything else included. What I received had exactly the ingredients I specifically asked to leave out. When I called to get the issue corrected, the person on the phone was sarcastic and unhelpful. He claimed that I placed the order wrong, even though I clearly stated my preferences. I asked him to review the call recording — since they say the line is recorded — but he refused. On top of that, he told me it would take about two hours to get a corrected pizza delivered. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I’m taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Got our pizza wrong and asked to deliver a new one the manger was like no only credit and being so rude I was like I don't want credit I want my pizza I order or a refund they were like just can get credit.then hangs up then I try to call back and they just hang up on me very rude customer service and will not be doing business here again.

They made a little mistake and remade the entire pie and gave me the one that was wrong. They didn’t flinch at making it right. It was extremely kind!

Ordered ahead to get our pizza before 10pm. They waited to call us until after 10pm that the pizza was going to be 1 hour and 30 minutes late. We called and were handed off to someone who never gave a name, was rude and would answer our questions other then they had do many orders ahead of us. He claimed to have called three time but phone records from our phone company and our phone show one call with a voice-mail. And no option of we could come pick it up faster nothing. We ended up having no choice but to cancel as the person on the phone gave us no other choice. Never going here or ordering from this location. Call another pizza place near by that was better than Domino's pizza in 10 minutes.

Literally The worst Domino's in Vegas The only reason that I still order from them is because every time they mess up I get coupons for more free pizza I haven't paid for a pizza in 6 months and I'm a fat guy that orders at least once a week. Update 3/18/25 they are still out here messing up orders now they can't even keep employees. I reported them to their corporate office and the manager Cecilia said that I would have two free pizzas if I dialed in and I tried to place an order and apparently I don't have credit anymore. So they are outright lying to their customers so they don't get shut down but their corporate office.

Unless you order a plain cheese pizza, this location will 100% of the time get your order wrong. I’ve never gotten a pizza here that included all the toppings that I ordered. They refuse to answer the phone and most of the time I’m getting a pizza for work and can’t just go back to make them fix it. Go somewhere where you can watch them make the pizza.

I like the pizza. And their staff is very nice. Good
