Domino's Pizza

Nobody sliced the 2 pizzas we ordered. We requested well done. But they're not. We finished one. But they were very sloppily made. This second one is going on our over and hopefully it'll be better
I'll pick up somewhere else. Since this is the one closer to me for delivery.

It would take me more than an hour... talk early. Everything was fine, I had to wait... apart from the very ugly pizza. And raw chiken wins

The food here is great, but I've noticed an issue with the portion sizes, especially with the chicken Alfredo. Over my last few orders, it seems like the pasta portions have been getting smaller. The most recent order was almost empty, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take pictures as my kids ate the food quickly, but this has been a consistent concern.

I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if it’s just me. I plan to order again and will update my review with more details next time.

First of all, our order showed up as completed and was never delivered. So we called and explained the situation to the lady. She told us that they had called us which they didn’t. She said that we did not give them a gate code which we did in our notes. After explaning to her that wasn’t true she got emotional and said we were yelling. Not once did we cuss at her or address her disrespectfully. She hung up on us and gave us a refund. We put another order in and then they cancelled it. We called again and probably got hung up on 4 or 5 times. I work in the food industry too and that’s never acceptable especially when YOU are in the wrong. We then talked to a man who refused to give names and was very passive aggressive. We tried to give directions AGAIN and he told us he couldn’t relay that to the driver??? After that conversation, we checked and the order said cancelled again after we had paid AGAIN. So we called once again and it was the same lady and kept us on hold until finally taking 5 seconds to explain to us which she should have done in the very beginning. We asked for her name and she said Tyra. When our driver got here we asked for her name and he said Sierra. So why are we lying lol? You don’t want to get reported because you were blatantly unprofessional. This is a domino’s not a place for emotional outburst. We also have everything on recording so your manager Michael will definitely hear from us tomorrow. :)

I ordered my pizza at 12:19, quality check was at 12:30,I called the store at 1:15 to find out where my order was as I don't live far. He told me they only had one driver and she was on her way back she left the store at 1:33 and get my food till 1:40!! I didn't order anything fancy, I ordered a medium pizza with two Diet Cokes, I got a medium pizza and two regular Cokes it's a simple order in the couldn't even get that right. The pizza is normally good it wasn't hot however but it wasn't cold it's more in the middle

I only order from them cause close and I do like there garlicky crust but twice they never brought me my pizza I kept calling and they kept saying 10 minutes it’s on its way and I’m literally right around the corner so last time I called they hung up so terrible customer service Pizza Hut way faster and polite.

You guys take forever. I ordered a pizza at 5:01 and I’m barely getting it an hour and a half later. Like what’s going on??? You take hella long when it comes to quality check and for some reason delivery goes from one time to another like seriously

Horrible…Driver Fransico LIED and said he tried to contact, if that was the case, why no message left, no missed call..and then to call and inquire and have a rep for the company call my husband bro..unbelievable..2 hrs passed and I’m told if it goes back out you go to the bottom of the list even though I ordered 2 hrs ago

everything was messed up. after food was delivered had to go to the location to tell them what was wrong because no one answered the phone and I see why food was a mess they were overwhelmed but I'm done with Dominoes and all other take out

What a waste of stars. Service is Horrendous!!! Avoid at all cost. Domino’s Pizza has poor customer service and support. ????????
