They sent the wrong order. I tried calling the store several times, but each time the call dropped before I could even talk to anyone -- was impossible to get ahold of them to get what I paid for! Super frustrating, will order from a different pizza company next time.

These people are unbelievable. I haven’t eaten meat in 5 years & they decided to put sausage on my pasta primavera. When I called down I was offered a credit which I declined & stated that I wanted my money back. The supervisor who refused to give their name said that I could only get a refund if I bring the item back. I drive back down there in the cold just to be told by the same supervisor that I have to return the entire order. I only have an issue with the pasta that they put pork in NOT the pizza so I did not bring the pizza. The agent called the police so we are waiting for them to get here.

I had 2 2-item med. pizzas $6.99, delivered. The guy told me on phone it'd be 30-45 min. for the delivery, I get off phone wait maybe 7-10min. & the guy is here delivering the pizzas, I take a slice from each box & eat they're luke warm & dry, cheese not stringy, sausage dry, I tried calling them but no answer 4 30min., so I'll try 2day! SO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR DOMINO'S!!!

I placed an order at 6pm for the next day at 2:00pm for a birthday party. I called at 2:15 and 2:38 to find out where the food was and it was just sitting there the first call. They were on the way the second call. Once they delivered the food, we were missing five pizzas (didn’t notice because the host was the one that took them). I called and they said “no wonder we have five pizzas sitting here. Now, we have the majority of party not fed.

Hardest working crew I’ve seen yet, and they handle the pressure well. My order took an hour to make and sat on the shelf for a good 10 mins as their tracker wasn’t working but again, they were incredibly busy and that’s bound to happen if you don’t speak up to claim your order as I didn’t.

Customer service is suffering here at this location. Pizza was burnt . Called them back and let them know they requested I bring the food back, I said I gave a receipt tho. So bring the burnt pizza back so they can have proof. Never heard of a food establishment requesting that. Customer service horrible. The black lady took my order wasn't Customer service oriented at all. I order from this a dozen times and there is a changes in things but I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
I was scammed by delivery driver. I payed by credit card. When driver showed up. I was told payment didn't go thur. So I paid cash. Now i've been charged double. I would not order from this location. Workers are theifs.

I had this terrible experience today with this particular store of Dominoes on Lake Mead and North Jones. I’ve lived here five years I’ve ordered A million of pizzas from them and when this advertisement come yesterday said you can have free emergency pizza on them with an order online I did that and come today they don’t have that advertisement out anymore supposedly and they don’t have my phone number or my address that’s a lie I ordered with my phone number many times although we had paid yesterday I paid almost $40 And they delivered it so I don’t understand what their issue is. Please beware these people are scam artist. Thanks for listening beware. OK how does terrible experience today sound? False tv advertising

The worst Domino's store I’ve ever been to itThere’s someone on the staff called Jose he is literally the worst person I’ve ever seen, he treated me like a homeless, and he told me that he was going to cancel my order because just requested to add oregano to my pizza. I think he needs to get a lesson in hospitality management, I don’t know who is that stupid to put him as manager for the store
