I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Kevin holiday the general manager. story short currently homeless are currently destitute in Las Vegas and I place an order last night at 10:30 Now remind you the store closes at 11:00 I technically still had 30 minutes which is plenty of time for them to whip up two pizzas and put soda in a bag and drive it over to me not only did not receive a follow-up phone call staying in my order was confirmed. I did not receive a call saying that my or have been canceled. Can you even imagine what that feels like waiting an hour and a half for some food that's never going to arrive and you don't even know about it I was very very wrong these days right. This review is definitely Kevin holiday based because that man took care of me and my girlfriend he not only replaced every single item but he also threw us an extra item on top and you told me if I needed anything and I mean anything to come see him that's what great customer service is these days I appreciate you sir and here's that five star review

I keep ordering from here hungry after work, and they put NO TOPPINGS ! I had 2 sausages on my pan pizza, and 3 onions ! I swear ! Guess not going back no-more! Total rip off, or is this las vegas ????

I paid for extra sauce on both pizza
You can’t see or taste the sauce.
I also paid for extra cheese on both pizza it wasn’t cheesy at all???

I called 20 times too tell them my wings wasn't done and he yelled at me and said that is impossible he kept placing me on hold and now I'm going to corporate because you do treat people this way after they spent there money and he wouldn't take my oder wouldn't give me a refund just disrespectful rude and should nobe in customer service

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, Jeff the manager, and my delivery driver, Travis. These two people helped me get food to some friends who are experiencing homelessness. Jeff took my phone call and went above and beyond with his willingness to make sure that his driver knew exactly where to go and what to do. Travis knew to call me when he couldn’t locate my friends, and together we solved the problem. He was a rockstar for delivering the food with kindness and compassion. I will 100% be returning to this restaurant, whether it’s for delivery, takeout or dine in. Hopefully I can meet both Jeff and Travis. ?????

I've quickly become a regular here. This location is very well run. It's always clean, well staffed, and the pizzas are the highest quality I've ever gotten from a Domino's location. Keep up the great work, and thanks for the great pizzas! ?

Waited 1 hour 25 minutes after I paid. Seemed like forever. I walked in, ordered 20 minutes before through app. Paid and sat in the lobby for 1.5 hours waiting. I watched numerous people walk in, order and get pizzas before me. I specifically asked for no grease on the crust (why would put that on there?) after waiting 1.5 hours I sat and watched him put that oil/grease on the crusts. I was so angry, I just took the pizzas and left. Absolutely no reason to wait that long unless the workers are just bigots.

Employees need more training. 1 employee seems to have to help all the others. That girl should be given a raise. They are lucky to have her.

Orderd a pizza told 30 mins came in 50 mins and cold I phoned in and asked for a hot one and told 30 mins for a hot one ,50 mins later nothing so i phoned and asked for the refund and cancel I would leave the old one at the door ,he agreed not 8 mins later knocking at the door ..I tried to explain to the delivery driver but he just tossed the new one on top of the old and walked away. I've tried to call twice now and they keep hanging up ,can a manager or head office call me please and thank you.Update pizza was still at the door this morning and no refund at the front desk.
