Domino's Pizza

We had a not so pleasant experience. We ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. The pizza was delivered to the hotel across despite the order and receipt having correct address. When I called to inform about no receiving delivery there was the usual doubts, blaming the customer and a promise to redeliver the order. Based on the hotel front desk saying deliveries get mixed up between the hotels, I went across and checked. Luckily our order was there, same room number as ours but different hotel across ( address 4940 instead of 4920). How can delivery guys be clueless about this mix up? They should know there areas well being in their neighborhood. Also redeliver never happened. Don’t promise what you can’t keep. People might be waiting for food ( kids ). No humanity. My order was $20. Would I be lying about delivery when I have paid delivery fee. Very disappointing for a domino’s. I give them so much business.

My family ordered online, we noticed that we used the wrong address almost immediately so we called and we were waiting for someone to pick up the phone for almost 20 minutes, we decided to go there since this location is only 5 minutes away... still did not get our food.

Horrible service. The delivery driver was extremely rude and hung up on me then sent me condescending text messages.

Last Friday night I had ordered pizza and went outside to meet the driver but he calls me and tells me he’s at my door! First time ever has anybody been able to find my unit there’s so many buildings and apartments. Can’t remember his name handsome black dude like maybe 27? Domino’s is lucky to have you. Thank you.

The quick and easy gold standard for pizza. This domino’s delivers to the strip and nearby and does a great job getting the food there fast. They have good promotions as well so check those out when ordering also

I ordered 1 pizza and they charged me for 2 and they got the toppings wrong! Also the guy on the phone said pizza would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes and it took 30 minutes.

Around midnight today, I placed an order for two medium pizzas. Upon receiving the pizzas, I requested plates, napkins, and pepper from the worker. In response, the worker inquired if I wanted his firstborn as well, which I found to be extremely rude and inappropriate. Such behavior is unprofessional, especially when addressing a customer's reasonable requests.

I really sucks when i ask for my pizza NOT TO BE CUT and when I arrive to pick my pizza up I have to wait for them to make another pizza because they FAILED on my order to NOT CUT PIZZA. Why do you have an option to have a pizza uncut to not pay attention to the customer order? 9:00PM 7/29/2024 this crew needs retraining on attention to detail, or this location just don't care.

If I could give 0/5 I would. I placed an order for delivery which never came to valet,
Front desk or to my hand. I called twice and was told the "general manager" decided "he would call me back when he has time".. not to mention I don't live in Vegas and calling for a refund is like pulling teeth.. I'll call my bank I refuse to deal with someone who lacks costumer service. Making me wait 6+ hours for a call and to respond with "I don't have time to rectify this" when Barry clearly left my food in some random spot is truly low level costumer service.
