Placed an order online to page in store. When I went in to pick up food, they had "Cash only" all over the store. They didn't care that I didn't have cash; only suggested to "go to atm next door and get cash". I ended up leaving with no pizza. Nowhere online when I was placing my order did it show they only took cash. Horrible service.

This was the worst delivery service ever!!! An employee named Yaret sat in front of my house for 10 minutes digging in his nose on his phone while I sat and waited for him to come to the door. When he finally came to my door I asked what he was doing! His response was he didn't speak English and turned around and left with the food! And, to make matters worse he cancelled my order in the system. I called and spoke with Reese who stated no manager was in the store to make a complaint. How is a restaurant running with no management? No wonder employees like Yaret are able to get away with blatant disrespect. Reese stated he would send a fresh order out with a new driver. I respect that, he is not management. But whenever a general manager reads this review I want a response!

My pizza was delivered late and cold. . Bad Very bad service...try to deliver the pizza hot. That one occupies the service. You guys do it wrong. ...you pay, they don't send you for free

We ordered food for dinner and it arrived, after receiving the food we realized it was the wrong order. Called the store, explained the situation and was immediately told they would send out a remade order for us. New food arrived hot and delicious. Excellent customer service and immediate rectification. It may have taken a bit longer to eat but very pleased with how it was handled.

The delivery lady backed into my car that was parked… she refused to give me any info whatsoever. When I called dominoes to get the info they gave me the run around and said they were sending it to corporate. The next day my car’s key ignition wouldn’t turn… Even calling them back resulted in nothing… now I’m at the police station filling a report… thanks dominoes…

Seriously, I don't understand why this place always says my order is ready when it isn't. I come in and nothing is done, they tell me to wait 10 minutes when my order was already ready. What are you guys doing???

Never got the order but the driver marked it delivered and refused to deliver the 2 pies. This place should close down. They have awful customer service and Mark the delivery delivered when they haven't even attempted it. Definitely will not be ordering from Domino's again, as well as my coworkers.

I had the worst service and experience ever with Domino's here at this location. My food was 2 hours later than it originally was supposed to be. When I received the food it was all cold and my 2 pizzas and cheesey bread weren't even cut. The pasta I ordered was just a small layer in the bottom of the pan. They should have communicated with me that they were out instead of bringing what they did. I've been going in circles calling, getting hung up on, and even called a liar. You would not believe all the trouble of this has caused me. Everyone at home was disappointed and upset. Finally I come here in person just to be told 'too bad'. I spent just under 50$ for a treat for the whole house and it was an absolutely horrible experience that no one cares to hear about much less do anything to make up for the terrible experience. I will not be ordering or recommending Domino's ever again.
