I have ordered from Dominos in Vegas 4 times. The Very first time I ordered the NYC style pizza to taste the difference from their Original and instantly became a fan. I Ordered it again sometime later and was not let down.
Unfortunately, I do not know now (after my last two experiences) if this is the store I originally ordered from.
Both times the Pizza tasted just like the original recipe in which was not satisfactory (being that I was expecting different). The first (of the last two times) I ordered Wings to go with my pizza with the instructions to be Very Very Very well done (verbatim).
After I recieved them (like they were put through only once) i called back and was given a Credit for my next order.
Last night 2/21/25 I decided it was time to order again, and before I had the disastrous call, I waited a total of 21 minutes before I could put my order in...21 minutes on two attempts. The first being 13 minute wait time, before I gave up, and thebsecond being 8 minutes before they finally answered.. And what was strange is that, someone picked up both times and let the phone just sit there as I Heard everyone in the store.
Immediately, the clerk that picked up the phone apologized so I asked if they were busy and he stated they were, so I understood and continued my order.. Half way through This man states he was Just a Driver and was helping the cooks.. I asked "If it was smart for me to order now" and he got offended and him and I began to argue...
When someone else came.on the phone (she was pleasant) not only did i get asked immediately if I were going to tip, but then she let me know she understands my frustration and will cook my food accordingly..... Needless to say my wings came undercooked again, and the pizza was the exact same Regular recipe I had last time...
Maybe it was a different location the first two times, but that is no excuse for the 21 minute wait and the Undercooked wings...beware ordering from this place

I came in to wait for my food I ordered online. Took longer than it should. The two females were just talking. I was waiting for someone to pay attention to me by the counter because I needed the restroom. The guy was on the phone. Took a bit and when I finally saw them face my way I called out. She questioned if I’m even a paying customer. She was a bit rude about it. As I get in the bathroom it was dirty and wasn’t stocked. There was no toilet paper and no soap.

In September I had my pizza eaten half way. At first , it looked like it was moved around the car but true enough the pizza shrunk because he ate some. No full circle pizza . We thought if we gave them a break the experience was going to get logic but last week I received a over baked pizza bread and almost little to no pepperoni the cheese was hard on the bread part like it was sitting out.

I called them about why my pizza was it said it was delivered. I called both the store and the driver. Driver said it didn’t have the apartment number on the ticket and while being on hold for over 30 minutes the second time trying to get ahold of a manger. Apparently if they don’t have your “apartment” number they take the meal back to the store. I’m going to be getting a refund for the food I never received

This is my second time coming to this location in two weeks, the first time my pizza had no cheese on it but I had 4 hungry kids to feed and didn't have time to get another pizza. This time it looks like my pizza was rushed because there are air bubbles all throughout the pizza my friend ordered for her and her child. I am highly disappointed with this location. They seem to be understaffed because there seems to only be two people in there working every time I go in and they don't seem very happy. I don't care if you tell me my pizza will be ready in 10mins but it takes you 15 to 20mins after taking a little more time and putting a little more effort/love into making it right. I won't complain at all but when it looks rushed like this. Still not cheese on my entire pizza and the air bubbles under the dough. This has to get better so that I can say something nice about my food. The cashier was polite which was nice.
Horrible service, they treat you badly, they don't answer the phone and they don't want to take your order online

I waited over 30 minutes (after my food was ready) for a driver to arrive to deliver my order to my hotel which was .7 miles away. The manager wouldn’t refund the delivery charge or offer compensation when I had to drive over to pick it up. I was supposed to get a credit on the app which never materialized.
