Had to cancel my pizza orders tonight. They weren't ready at the estimated time, so I arrived in time to see the young lady making pizzas, make my pizzas with no gloves. As a person that does not eat pork, I know I cannot expect my food not to have a small amount of cross-contamination when I am eating out. Having said that, I watched this young lady touch pork, chicken, beef, cheese, and her hair. Without ever washing her hands, or putting on gloves. She then walked off the line to get a drink, came back with said drink, and started making pizzas again. No gloves. No handwashing.

Just bought 3 large pizzas. They only 6 minutes away. Pizza was burnt, and cheese was already cooling down and it was late. Wont be buying from here anymore.

The employees here are straight ignorant! I ordered curbside and they didn’t bring my food out to me which resulted in me having to go inside. After I went inside and complained they thought it would be funny to mess with my food. They added garlic parmesan seasoning to my cinnamon bread.

Manager Rochelle is AMAZING! We had an issue and she went above and beyond to resolve it and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.
Delivery disaster. 1hr late. App said it was delivered when it wasn't. Had to go to the store and demand they remake the (now cold) order. They remade it.... and forgot ALL the toppings.

There is always some issue with my delivery, the store is only 1.4 miles from my house, but when the tracker says the delivery is on the way it is ALWAYS 25-35 minutes before it gets to me . a couple of times I even went to the store to talk to the manager as was denied every time. I have tried leaving messages with corporate customer service, and have written emails and to this posting ( over 3 years ) I have yet to be contacted by anyone. The local franchise owner simply DOES NOT CARE.
