Coming here for the first time, I was expecting something like Robertos! Boy was I wrong! Food here is extremely delicious.. Been here 4 days back to back! Don't know what kind of sorcery they use, but I can't get enough of their food!

We recently had a disappointing experience with our order. The food was not prepared correctly, and the quality was far below our expectations. To make matters worse, my girlfriend was really upset because this was meant to be a relaxing treat for us after a long day. It was disheartening to have such a bad experience.

However, when I called the store to address the issue, I spoke with Veronica, and she completely turned the situation around. She immediately listened to my concerns with empathy and professionalism. Her genuine apology made us feel heard, and she quickly escalated the issue to her manager to ensure it was resolved. Not only did she offer compensation for the order, but she also reassured us that this situation would be corrected moving forward.

Veronica’s quick action, understanding, and ability to make things right transformed our frustration into appreciation. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued as customers, and because of her, we’re confident in giving the business another chance. It’s rare to see this level of customer service, and Veronica truly deserves recognition for her outstanding work. Thank you, Veronica, for your kindness and commitment to making things right!

Absolutely delicious food. We loved the grilled chicken burritos, carne asada, & the wet burrito. The woman running the place was so lovely & accommodating. Perfect quick & flavorful meal for after a long hike or climb. Will definitely be back!

Very authentic dishes and food here, I love the colors and atmosphere of the place they just pop! All the drinks and food are more authentic than food chains, I recommend the carne asada tacos, they're amazing! I did have to wait a while for the food and it's slightly pricey, (10-15 per person) but the flavors and the authenticity balances it out.

Food is fresh I'll give them that but the prices are way to high. It's a taco shop. NOT a full service, waited on restaurant served chips with salsa and free drink refills. It's a glorified Roberto's with no refills on drinks. I mean $7 for a taco! $15 lunch plates! Come on man.
