The food isn’t bad but I didn’t know there was paper at the bottom of my asada fries and apparently it just falls apart when is gets soggy (like any paper would) and I had no idea I was eating the paper with my food

My husband walked in to order some food and the didn't even greet him or anything. There was no line or anything, he stood there for 5 minutes waiting to order and the ladies just looked at him so they knew he was there and didn't even take his order or said anything at all. He just walked out at that point. They look like they are miserable and hate their job like the customer is a bother. Terrible customer service.

Basic. If you’re hungry next door at PT’s pub and just need something immediately it will do just to absorb the alcohol. The service is excellent but the quality of food is 4/10 at best.

I work next door to this place. I went in at about 2pm to pick up my food and received bad service. I paid for half of my tacos in quarters. I had no extra cash. She was nasty about it. Money is money and clearly they accept it. She would come over all the time to get change from me and I gave it to her, but when I asked her to bring my food to me, because I had customers. She wouldn't do it. One time only. Smh.

this is my lovely girlfriend, she will literally eat ANYTHING. Especially when shes got some aperol spritz in her. Ive never seen the face she presented to me and now im concerned that we found the worst food ive ever seen her eat. So yeah this review seems justified.

We were just at this Don tor taco ordered bean tostatas and when we got home it was a tray of mush! Uncooked beans in water? Sour lettuce? Duscusting!

The burritos were very greasy and very little meat. Usually it has a decent amount. This time I couldn't eat it. I tried, it was nasty. Smothered with guacamole and pico. You couldn't taste the meat. I had to throw it away since they wouldn't give me a refund. I definitely will not be back
Every time I go, they always have an attitude, as if I’m asking for everything on the menu and they have 30 other people waiting in line. They look like they hate their job and never greet. The food is mehh, they either take their time to get your order right or just put something together and hand it over. Love carne asada fries from Don Tortaco but you’re better off at another location.

I love this Taco Shop my husband and I get the asada nachos with no beans. I love how fresh the meat be because they cook to order. The only thing is I feel they are a bit stingy with the sauces I like to pour the taco sauce on my nachos! But I would definitely recommend this place to eat!

Coming from the East Coast, we immediately wanted some good Mexican food when we got to town. We Doordashed carne asada fries and a carne asada burrito to our room for a late breakfast. It was perfection, exactly what we'd been craving. The salsas that came with it were good too. This place is definitely on our short list for when we're visiting.
