They complain about giving you more than 4 salsas at drive thru window. But if I go in I can have all the salsa and veggies I want!! Management better check those people at the window. Lost a customer who paid for that over priced breakfast burrito daily!! S. Rainbow location by dollar tree. Other places been fine.

My wife and I just went to the store on Stephanie and ordered our dinner. I had ordered the Asada Fajitas, and we noticed how it was packed and had concerns at that point. I opened the bag when we got home and looked like soup with some pieces of meat and vegetables. I returned to store to return, in which I was told nothing could be done. They did replace it (I was skeptical with good reason), but didn’t give me any tortillas. I got home for the second time and realized this, so I called again and once again told I would need to call the manager on Monday. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.

I definitely well recommend this place it has such good customer services and the food is delicious .
I well definitely say that the Quesabirrias are my favorite definitely 10/10

Good Service, decent food, better than the management and the previous staff a couple years ago where the cashier blatantly said he was sorry for serving people whatever was back there to his coworker.

Haven't gotten my order yet but so far the cashier is a person of minimal words. No greeting. I asked if they havr huevos rancheros. Her answer: algo mas? I asked oh, you do offer them? (i couldn't find them in the menu). Not coming back, hope the food is at least decent. Its Friday June 20th 10:09am

Bad experience
3/22/25 don tortaco First and last time they want to be like Los Roberto's, the menu is the same but the quality is not either. The service last night I stopped by to try a new fast food but it didn't turn out as I thought from what I saw there were more customers and they didn't take my order as it should have or they didn't want to make it as I told them it was simple, my order was a hoe burrito, I asked them to put cheese on the burrito and if they could cut it in half and they didn't do either of those things.
And they told me no problem if it is possible. My second dish was tacos dorados with guacamole and neither did they and the tacos they gave me weren't fresh like they had been hot for hours. On my part, I won't return.

Both bathrooms were broken and in disrepair.. Had to call board of Health. Yuck.

I placed order thru drive through. Order fish taco and I couldn’t find the fish. I didn’t get a whole peice of fish, they chuck it up in small pieces, I had 4 little pieces, worse fish taco I had ever eaten. Also got a bean and cheese burrito that was falling apart you couldn’t hold it and eat it. It’s a burrito people made to hold and eat. I also go to Don Tortaco once a week no more due to the quality of their food is going down hill.

02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.
