Don Tortaco Mexican Grill #11

I ordered a California burrito late last night and it was so skinny so I opened it up and it had no fries in it. I asked if they could add more fries and the cashier pointed inthe burrito saying the fries were right there . There was literally like six fries in the whole burrito so I asked for my money back and she stood there like she didn't understand English shaking her head no. My face went from upset to I'm about to kick your ass if I don't get my money back. Then she quickly starts my refund and gave me my money back. I order from this establishment twice a month and never been mad about my order till last night

I ordered chicken fries I got both asada and big chunks of boiled chicken not even grilled it was terrible wouldn’t of mind but the chicken wasn’t even shredded or flavor. The fries were undercooked and I had no salsas on my bag very dissatisfying and upsetting

We were disappointed with the amount of eggs and potatoes in the breakfast burrito. Other DT locations have given better portions for this item. Additionally, this location has not been able to follow special instructions like 'no cheese'. Our last 'no cheese' burrito had cheese on it...

The breakfast burrito ordered leaves much to be desired. Barely any filling, asked for rides instead of hash browns and they got that wrong and the bacon isn't crispy. Kind of a waist of money. Tasted just ok. So disappointed 😞

Tacos were expensive, Birria tacos were dry not lot of sauce, the tortilla of the adobada taco was not warm/cooked. Service was ok. Wouldn’t pay that price for this experience again.

food they don’t listen for nothing !! had to reorder i said no beans she said ok n i get to it it has beans in it again. the food we ordered the first time was completely wrong told me next time i have to bring it in but over all horrible location the other ones are way better.

Please don't order a chicken burrito!! They just wrapped dry chicken breast in a tortilla that's it!!

The barria tacos were dry, the taco shells fell apart, no seasoning on the meat. The chicken tacos had no seasoning, the shells fell apart, the carne asada burrito again no tseasoning. Will not be going back. Pricey $24, for a burrito and chicken taco plate
