Don Tortaco Mexican Grill #5

I’ve bean going to don tortaco’s all over NV I will say the food tasted good and I’m used to the price but for almost 10$ on a California burrito (which is fine) I have never received it so small it was half the size of all the other locations I’ve bean to I love this chain but I’ll never come back to this one thy gave me a Taco Bell sized burrito for 10 dollars

I had just left the Urgent Care and decided to get me and my son a beef burrito. Online it's say $7 so I order it with sour cream and cheese only. The girl said $23! I asked why she said it's a extra $2 each for the sour cream and a extra $2 each for the cheese. I put my card back and walked right out!

02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.

Usually I always brag about this place but definitely not today especially after I was nice and mentioned how the Thai place I came from messed up my order and clearly no one gives a shit anymore about customer service this is exactly how businesses go down by hiring incompetent employees that just don’t give a shit about their work and this was 17 dollars for peppers tortilla and onion 😵‍💫😭

Every time I go here the food is tasty, good flavor and well cooked. I've been coming to this place approx 6 years & never had a problem. I normally take the drive thru. 👍

We are visiting Vegas, my family and I come from Salt Lake City Utah and Guadalajara Jalisco. I ordered a very delicious Tongue Cake, I ordered a holla coffee, tripa tacos, the food was excellent, the customer service was the same and the place was very clean and Jaziel May friendly and helpful I recommend this place I would definitely return

The cashier was horrible.
They gave me a bean and cheese burrito that was only or tortilla no beans.
It was definitely not worth the money

Called in a breakfast burrito because I was in a hurry. She said 3 minutes. I got there in 6.
There was a burrito sitting on the counter no one else in the store. I said that must be mine. She chuckled…. Rang me up… and I watched them make my burrito. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because I appreciate fresh food cooked in 3 minutes. But I was in a hurry. If you’re gonna give mine away. Don’t forget to make another one. Or don’t tell me it’ll be ready in 3 minutes and not even try to talk and explain or anything.

Just ordered ahead online.. Took 20 mins and everything was correct!! Decent portions decent timing and avg prices for what you get. Taste is great much better than going to over processed taco rell" and paying almost similar prices for simple tacos..thanks to inflation. Will be returning to this location. Recommend to order online prior to possibly avoid any language barriers.

Very disappointed with the enchiladas. Everything was fresh out of a can with no flavor. I ended up throwing it away. A waste of money.

The food is nasty and bland. Definitely doesn’t taste authentic. I tried to go back a second time to give them another chance thinking maybe I just came on a bad day, But the food is just not good. This last time I repeatedly asked them to make my order a certain way, and they said that they would just for it to be given to me wrong. Won’t be going back
