Very clean and delicious. Lady @ register nice. I told them have not eaten Mexican chimichanga west coast style long time and missed it. Fresh and not oil dripping like other places.

02/25/25 07:14 p.m. Order# 103 2 Fish Burritos, 2 Beef Tacos, 1 Carne Asada Burrito with extra cheese, 1 Cheese Quesadilla. Girl who tried to take my order barely spoke a word of English. I had to repeat my order in Spanish to make sure she understood and got everything. Everything was rang up and my receipt says $45.93. After waiting over 30 minutes, she tried to tell me my order was ready but it was still missing the cheese quesadilla. After waiting almost another 10 minutes, I was finally given my order. She read off of their copy of my receipt to verify everything I ordered was in the bag. Stupid me didn't take the bag over to a table and take everything out with my daughters to verify everything was supposed to be in there. So when I got home I discovered I was given only 1 Fish Burrito. I waited for over 40 minutes just to have my order missing a $10 item, and like a complete idiot I placed $5 in the tip jar when I first gave my order. My Carne Asada burrito even had NO cheese on it at all after I paid for EXTRA cheese which is even notated on my receipt. Then when I tried calling to complain, the line was constantly busy as if they had taken the phone off of the hook to prevent people from calling in. I have had a long day and wanted to just sit and relax when I got home and eat my food while watching TV but I can't and I refuse to drive back to your restaurant because my anger and temper are so bad right now, I would probably say or do something I would later regret. I couldn't even enjoy the food I did receive but it was ice cold due to it taking over 40 minutes to make my order. I will NEVER eat any ANY of your restaurants again. With this level of incompetence, your business license should be revoked.

Decided to give Don tortaco a try since I've been passing them all over town. I really enjoyed the beef tamale smothered in a enchilada sauce then topped with cheese. I also gave the California burrito a try, this confirmed that I'm not a fan of having french fries inside my burritos, but I did like the quality of the meat and tortilla.

Great service. Completely unseasoned, and I'm light-skinned.

I was recommended to eat here for Taco Tuesday by my dentist. Chicken taco's on Tuesday are $1.59 or $1.69...can't remember exactly, however definitely worth it! Definitely a great spot for Taco Tuesday! I've also had the Bean and Cheese burrito with onions which is also good. If you're a local or someone visiting, you should eat here especially on Taco Tuesday!

Food was ready pretty fast…but not so great for almost $5 tacos!!!! cold tortilla was raw it cracked, meat was chewy. Tortaco on deer springs you need to do better!
