Don Tortaco Mexican Grill

They store the ready-to-eat shredded chicken in a container with hot water. So when I bit into my chicken burrito, it burst with scalding water all over my lap. Thanks a lot.

Oh my gosh the food was horrible. Torta de milanesa was dry. Please don’t advertise as Mexican food and then want to add American cheese. Just bad!!!!!

I got a breakfast burrito, and it was not good. I got it with Asada, and it was 11 dollars, and there was no meat in it. I asked for no cheese, and I felt like they heard no nothing. The hash browns were raw. If I had gotten ham, bacon, or sausage, it would have been 3.99, and it would have been so much better.

What bad treatment do they have towards the customer who speaks Spanish and is not Mexican? I usually came to look for orders at night and because of the drive thru, the girl always had a derogatory treatment now that I came in the morning, they treated me badly, they gave me the order reluctantly and I got another order and when I arrived at the counter they told me now what do you want?!!

Love their breakfast burrito specials. It's only $3.95 for a good sized burrito.

Great food...

The food is great and delicious but the lady that hands out the food she rude ,and when you ask for something she rolls her eyes . I did ask for her name and she closed the drive thru window on me. I go here because I love the food but she has an attitude everytime.i will be posting a picture of her soon

Ordered fajitas with 1/2 pint of guacamole through Uber eats. They gave me a half pint of melted sour cream. Can’t have my fajitas without guacamole, dinner ruined! Also asked for flour tortillas and got corn!

The resturant has a sign serving 6am to 11am $3.99 breakfast burritos but there no one here in the drive-thru area so that is a false advertisement from don taco this one worse place with customer service. If they have a ad saying serving from 6am to 11am there is no one here to work they just don't want the business... on the web page it said that open 8am every day so switch is the real time that they open... they dont have hour posted on drive-thur or main restaurant lobby for the customer it a very un professional. This a problem of management or business owners that somethings so simple it hard for management to fail...
