Look, I get it. It's hard to staff, especially late at night. But this is supposed to be a 24 hr joint. Don't advertise if you're going to close at 11 every night. You know how you maintain late hours? Pay people fairly. I love Don Tortaco, but either be honest about hours or figure something else out. This is ridiculous.

Literally the best Don Tortaco in town. Amazing customer service, and the food is fresh to order and always so good. Recently got the quesabirria and it’s the best I’ve ever had. Will always make the drive for such amazing service and food

DO NOT ORDER HERE, there are much better options in the vicinity. The portions are laughable, especially for the price you're paying. i ordered through the drive-thru, and there was no salsa, napkins, nor utensils. i ordered carne asada fries and the box was HALF FULL.
