You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about customers having a good experience. She was attentive, helpful with recommendations, and handled everything quickly while still making sure everyone felt acknowledged.
It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine and positive. Andrea’s attitude and professionalism honestly made my visit stand out. She represents the business extremely well, and employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Give that woman some recognition — she absolutely deserves it!

I went this morning and bought a dozen donuts. I got home and my donuts were literally raw inside. 😭 I did tap when I paid. Literally $25 down the drain. First time I ever got raw donuts enough to loose me as a customer. I went early and they had no bear claw, no cinnamon rolls, no cream filled except bananas crème donut which I bought the last two. This place used to be good but I don’t know what happened. 😞
