This Dotty's is one of the worst in terms of customer service, you can lose up to 300 dollars in an hour and the people who serve there do not offer you anything to drink, and it is the only Dotty's that makes you feel like you are starving because they take away from you. out of your reach the sweets as if you were going to eat them all, with what I lost this last time I went I paid the salary of a worker including the drinks and sweets that they do not offer us

The only complaint I have is that everytime I visit this location there is always someone parked in the handicapped space in front of the door, no handicap plaque either. There was even a large work truck mid day! I will start taking pictures and report them since Dotty's won't do anything about it and I'm sure it's a regular and they know who it is.

I have been frequenting this place for more than a year, getting along very well with all the workers, until a new worker named Rafael came in, who refused to fix a machine that I know very well, I always sit in it. He wanted to call the police and everything Because it will be the racism that is experienced even when playing at Dottys. I do not recommend this place to anyone if the person on duty is called Rafael.

This place is a robbery, I have filed a complaint against a gambling commission and nothing happens, the machines are very well maintained, they are not ashamed how they steal your money, the chances of winning are nothing, 100% lost and the worst thing is that no one does anything to check the machines, totally not I advise anyone to play in this place

The machines are way to loud, BUFFALO etc. The servers are always expecting a tip, when I clean up my own area, & have to go to the counter to ask for a drink, & stand @ the counter to fill out paperwork for pay out! The bartenders will cut u off for no reason HaHa! Must be a control thing!
