I'm a Dotty's customer 14 years now been at many locations and was HR manager over seas in 4 deffrent countries.I can say that this location one of the best and Brad doing such a amazing job he's professional.friendly with good work ethics and real hospitality.Thanks Brad

The Caucasian lady working at 8am this morning was racist and there was a person in-front of me who bought a beer and she did not ask for their ID and then I was next and asked to buy a water. She then stated she cannot sell me a water without my Id, so I looked in my purse realizing I did not have my ID on me. She refused to sell me 1 water due to being dehydrated because I did not have an ID. I have been to multiple Dotty's and never been ID'd for a non-alcohol beverage. And the lady didn't even ID a man who looked the same age as me for a beer. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me and then stated no one owns the franchise and refused to give me any contact number for a supervisor. I am now suing this store for wrongful behavior.

Great place to go and play slots as well as other games (i.e. shoot pool, ping pong just to name a few)..The menu has numerous appetizers and a variety of different beverages..I refer all of my friends here and those that visit Las Vegas on occasiin..not only is it clean and friendly but breaks the monotony of going to the bigger casinos..

I went into Dottys on Sahara and Hualapai last night. I go there because it's usually pretty peaceful (except when Michael is there) I like the music the environment and the employees are great with one exception: MICHAEL, every time I go in there he constantly picks on me not sure why I don't know this person I just patronize this establishment. I went in and he walks aggressively over to me and says "This is your last warning you cannot come back if you leave with alcohol again". Well I told him to look at the cameras I did not leave with alcohol I know the rules DUH!! Then I go in last night and there are no machines that I like to play available so my husband and I wait , a machine becomes open I walk over to it , he runs over and says I have a list of people wanting to play so you can't play over here. So of course I question it which I'm allowed to do and did this respectfully knowing I have to be careful of what I say due to the fact this man is ready to kick me out but he becomes irate when I ask about this "list" that no other employee has informed me about and he says" If you don't like it we'll get out don't come back here". I'm like Jeesh dude what have I done to you for such animosity he says " You can leave". My husband cash's out his ticket and we left. I am a retired mental health nurse I just wanted to gamble not to be picked on this guy clearly has some issues and needs some type of mental health help. Im not going to stop going to Dottys Michael you are not going to bully me I don't scare that easily even though you Make Mollys look better and better. But to the Dottys establishment you guys should be ashamed hiring such a ignorant unprofessional individual he is horrible, all of your other employees have no problems with me I don't go to Dottys to have problems I just want to gamble in a peaceful environment and not have any issues with a person who clearly needs help. I know you'll take the employees side which will never fix the problem which is Michael realize this man needs help get him the help he needs PLEASE he is a very angry individual and he definitely has a problem with women, he never bullies my husband only me Jeeesshhh
This place is FILTHY!It's trash outside and all of the machines are filthy with cigarette ashes and trash next to the machine.We hit the bell to get in and TOM took his time because we are African American.I say that because, other people didn't have that issue when they hit the bell. met 3 people while inside.They were all African American and one lady told me she had been at the machine 3 hours and the two People who worked there NEVER OFFERED ANY DRINKS AT ALL.That is trifling!I saw this lady, blonde hair just sitting at a table doing nothing and it made me think she was a customer.This lazy heffa actually worked there!She saw this white couple gambling and then eventually offered them drinks. I figured you have to be there for a while before they would DO THEIR JOBS AND OFFER YOU SOMETHING TO DRINK.Some Man came in and ordered liquor and Tom told him he cannot park where he's parked and has to gamble before he could purchase liquor. That potential customer was AFRICAN OF COURSE.Later on I saw this white man park in the same spot and he left with liquor, he also was not gambling.My mother got up and ordered a drink and came back and they thought she was going to go back and pick up her order.When the lady with the blonde hair who works there gave someone their drink we stopped her before she walked away.My mother said, is my drink ready, she said oh yeah, it's at the counter if you want it.She said, aren't you going to bring it?Then this trifling RACIST ********** said, I don't usually but okay.When she came back I said exactly how long do I have gamble to qualify for a free soda since it wasn't offered. The lady said as soon as you arrive and start playing.I said, I would like a sprite and other people who hadn't been asked started saying what they wanted. Later after an hour this female worker remained seated doing nothing!!!!!! I tried flagging her down and since she saw that, she got up and walked away.I had to get up and go to the counter and asked for an orange soda and this thing said, "you can only get a soda once every 30 minutes.I responded and seeing how you don't offer any, it's well past 30 minutes dear. Then she said, yeah it's been an hour since your last soda.I had to reply back and say, and yet you're wasting my time talking about a time frame that I have already exceeded.SODA PLEASE!I have been to one other Dotties and it is Tropicana and Pecos in Las Vegas, NV and I didn't know the drinks were free since that was my 1st time in a Dotties.Since this tall white man gave me a price when I asked for a drink I figured they cost so I paid.I gambled 4 hours and paid for two drinks.When i found out the drinks are free, I asked, I said why did you give me a price for a drink if you saw me gambling. He said because you asked for a drink!What big ************** difference would it make if I asked or if I were offered?NONE! I pulled out my receipts and wanted my refunds. I will never EVER go back to another DOTTIES they are entire too ignorant and RACIST and it's clear PEOPLE OF CERTAIN ETHNICITIES MONEY ISN'T WELCOMED.

card in or out those machines are wound so tight they don t want to pay out. the id check do and forget to ask you if you qas a freakig soda. they should have a monetery count that if you spend ovet 25.. in a hour then it should signal them to desk tap the player to see it they want anything.
