This Dotty’s has the most sensational Customer Service Employee. His name is Aaron and I just have to express that he is an asset to the company.
The U1 machines always hit.
A swing shift bartender on 7-25-25 at 5:59PM took my money , then immediately used her handheld device to try to 86 me to take the money. I ask for Dotty's Corporate to investigate the theft.
Its always a warm and friendly place to play when your playing on Chris's shift.
Refused my business because I have a service dog. Horrible attitude, just plain nasty ugly attitude!
This place has excellent customer service, is quick. You are left alone to mind your own business however it is more like a place you would go alone not with a group. Single spaced seating as well as a couple of table seats. Not my idea of a restaurant however they do have food like appetizers to order.

Took a picture of my ID and now a have a credit alert. Maybe run background checks on your employees before giving them the ability to take pictures of people’s ID. A future class action lawsuit in the making here.

Bartender was great
I love this place but since Kathleen left and the workers have all been changing it sucks. Steve is great and so is Jessica. The overnight bartender is rude, and short. Never offers any drinking or even asks if we need anything. I'm not sure of her name but she has short dark hair.
I like gambling here only when I win. I haven’t been winning lately though although it has nothing to do with their services. Although last night I didn’t quite like the lady that was working. The guy that normally works swing is way more better.
