Verry racist lady in front desk bad service I felt unwelcome
Best small gambling establishment in the valley in multiple places also sells name brand ciggarets for the lowest price in town. Also this locations employees are some of the best
Great small, quaint place to sit and do some gambling. They serve FREE drinks to all gamblers. There aren't a lot of machines to play on. A local gambling place. Locals really love going there. Many winners. Repeat customers. An inexpensive place for fun and for playing on machines.
The “Sad Reality” my wife went to the Dotty’s on Charleston and Decatur across from Walmart and was refused service, it’s cold as hell in Vegas and she had her hood on, number one it’s cold and has a cold, number 2 she’s Muslim. She asked the man to buy cigarettes and he told her no, because she was upset for waiting outside until they decided to open the door, me (her husband) couldn’t go in because I just left work and I’m an armed security officer and veteran. If this is how Dotty’s treat people, I highly recommend not to shop or gamble at this Dotty’s. It’s sad how American companies hire people that don’t have people skills or tact when dealing with people. “What is the world coming to ? Customer service doesn’t even matter, it’s all about the dollar and to hell with humanity.

The gaming at all Dotty's has markedly decreased it's payouts. This is very apparent to everyone that are frequent patrons to these establishments. What's up with that Dotty's?

Cheap tobacco products
Lady with glasses was rude to me she acted like she didn't want to do her job lol if u don't want to come to work to work then stay at home. Amazing business with a garbage employee. She gave had a terrible attitude. I would fire her asap
