Went with my girlfriend for funsies and we got black tea with peach and an iced island emory ube latte, as well as fruit cup (who can resist fruit lol) both of our drinks were excellent quality and delicious! The staff was also very kind and helpful.

Wasn't bad. Had the loco moco and lemonade. Although still delicious it seems when they asked me how I wanted the burger cooked and I said medium that was more of a suggestion since it came well done. The eggs were over medium instead of over easy so I didn't get the runny yolk I was craving either but over all still some good flavors.

I walked in and ordered coffee, cashier/barista was very rude when I asked her where the bathroom was. She made it seem like it was outside around the corner, then said in a rude tone, here follow me, I’ll show you… hey! It’s not my fault you were maybe having a bad day.. or if you aren’t happy with your job get another job. I will never give this place my business again.. what happened to great customer service?
First time at Dragons Alley Coffee, I encountered an early 40s haole lady, possibly the business owner or an investor. I ordered my usual 6 shots of espresso over ice. She struggled with the computer and came up with a total of $12. I asked about the cost of an espresso shot, and she said, "$2." I mentioned that this was pricey compared to other local coffee shops. She insisted she had done a market comparison with places like Vesta Coffee and Bungalow, stating they also charged $2 per shot. I countered that I wasn't charged that much at those places, but she remained firm, although she admitted she might be wrong.I decided to change my order to a 32 oz Iced Americano with 4 shots, no water. Her response? "Oh, you found it to be cheaper. I'll change it on the computer as soon as you leave. Consider yourself lucky." I was shocked at how combative she was, especially since I had been polite. I've faced minor issues with complex orders before, but never an argument with front-line staff.Her comment, "consider yourself lucky," was infuriating. How am I lucky when I get coffee around town for $5 to $7? Having lived here for over 20 years and visited almost every coffee shop in the Valley, I can confidently say this was unacceptable. Please, don't argue with your guests. Do better.

Very cool looking place. Just wish the service matched the atmosphere. I left after 10 minutes without getting any coffee..…I even tipped but still got scowls from the staff. Can’t recommend this coffee shop.
