Edited: 2nd review…5stars! I originally gave this place 4 stars (original review below) on my first trip here. It was good, just different than what I anticipated. Since then… I’ve been back at least 7-8 times. I can’t get enough of it! My whole family asks to come here at least once a week. We always get the make your own ramen with beef broth (so good). Wagyu meat, roasted garlic, Thai basil, onions, scallions, bean sprouts, red chili, and a few jalapeños… so addicting… now this is the ONLY PLACE WE GET RAMEN. give it a shot… it’s definitely worth it.
It’s not what I originally thought expected…. Not in a bad OR good way… just different. I usually read reviews before dining. This time I did not.
It is more of an assembly line… starting with your choice of noodles.. I went for the standard ramen… then they ask you what type of broth… I opted for beef… next they ask what type of protein…. I chose the Wagyu (*4.88 extra). After that they have a make line with different toppings to choose from like jalapeños, bean sprouts, mushrooms, green onion, red onion etc…
The wagyu was served completely raw on a plate next to my ramen bowl. They have electric burners at the table to add your protein and to let the ingredients mesh.
Overall, it was good! It’s just different… worth a try if you like ramen or udon.

Came in and staff was very straight forward with a nice attitude. Easy to know what I wanted to eat. Food was very good and $30 well spent. Ate all of it!
