My family and I love it here! Naveahs customer service goes above and beyond! Thank you!
Highly recommend! I recently ordered an ice cream cake, & although there was some miscommunication when ordering which was discovered when I picked up the cake, their customer service was great & the cake was AMAZING, worth every penny. We will definitely be back!
The employees were fast, helpful, and friendly. We came for Dole Whip. They were out of stock. Some of the ice cream had that icy look it gets when it sits in the freezer too long. We ordered a flavor that looked fresh. It was delicious..
This place is awesome! At first I was like, cereal in my ice cream, I don’t think so… but they “drill it in” literally! And when the finished product is done it is awesome. The cereal gets pretty much pulverized so no big cereal chunks just the flavor and also it gives it a graham cracker like texture which is really good! Check it out.
Nice spot for ice cream. Pick your flavor and toppings, which also include cereal, and add whip cream. We had a vanilla sundae with fudge. Quick and friendly service and the sundae hit the sweet tooth spot.
The ice cream was sub par. Not very creamy, lacked flavor, and the toppings weren’t great. I got chunks of ice or freezer burn on the bottom of my ice cream. So many better other options in the area. Also the restaurant smelled like rotten eggs.
The Pineapple/pomegranate dole whip ice cream is so refreshing. Will definitely be back for more. The cotton candy ice cream is really good as well. Not overly sweet like other places ???.
Had the snickerdoodle, subbed the cinnamon bolts for the cinnamon toast crunch, my taste buds loved it. I like things sweet but not too sweet.S/O to one of the owners, very easy going, patient, very welcoming
I like the shop and I enjoyed my ice cream thing. I got vanilla ice cream with churro and cinnamon toast crunch drilled in and it was very tasty. the two ladies were nice and served me quickly. you could probably come up with some really wild and tasty things but I went with something rather plain, might come back after I think of something more creative lol.

Eliza was so nice and friendly . She helped us understand the menu and was patient with us when ordering . Ice cream was super good . Got the dole whip and cookie dough shake .
I brought my husband here because he loves ice cream and they had a few good reviews. Unfortunately, we were completely confused about the “Drill It” concept, and there was no explanation. They had boxes of breakfast cereal stacked up and lining the walls, which I did not find very appetizing. They offer Dole Whip- pineapple and raspberry flavored twist- that my husband ordered and said it “ok.” They offered a few varieties of actual ice cream which, after asking, I found out was not made in-house but was Thrifty Ice Cream brand. The employee making my sandal asked about whipped cream and, when I asked whether it was “real,” I was shone a can of Kroger brand prepared whipped cream! For the $15 that we spent, I suggest buying two or three Talenti gelato varieties and having dessert at home.
Soooo good. I usually feel like these types of places cheap out on toppings and mix ins, but definitely not here! I also looooove all things cereal oriented!Only downside was that our doordash order came with no straws or spoons. We are quarantining in a hotel so we just sort of had to make it work without them. Not sure whether this should have been handled by the store or the doordasher. Either way, not a huge deal. Just something to consider if you're ordering delivery and don't have utensils. Maybe leave a note for the dasher to grab a spoon.
Very unique ice cream place. all the flavors are really good. I alsomet the owner while I was in there. He was very nice hard working guy
Really cute store front and shop. The workers were very patient, friendly and helpful. Ordering was super easy and it didn't take too long. It was actually better then expected. Loved the way it really mixed all the animal cookies in. Plus the decoration of it was on point! My favorite dish was the party animal. Thou the pb and j was great w bananas, fruity pebbles and strawberry syrup! Going back soon.. loved the cereal add ins!! Great Munchie Spot!! ?
