Mina was amazing, we loved the entire experience. Sit outside, so amazing out there to people watch. Food was authentic and delicious, so were the drinks! Thank you to all staff for a an amazing experience.

Was 30 minutes early for my reservation and was seated within minutes. The staff was very attentive. Guacamole was made table side and mild as I asked for. My cocktail was refreshing. Had the steak fajitas, and they were wonderful. Meat was plentiful and tender. An excellent meal

The food was under whelming, they dye the tortilla chips pink to be cute but don't love the idea of eating more food coloring. The steak was over cooked, the enchilada was not consistent with photos posted. Everything just seemed very average but the bill was $200. Won't be back.

Had the $100 bone in ribeye. Ordered it MR came out medium at best. No offer for a replacement steak. A bit chewy as well. Mexican street corn and mashed potatoes were delicious. If you are planning on coming, stick with the Mexican dishes and skip the steak.

We really enjoyed our meal and the overall experience at Rosa Mexicano. I had the duck carnitas tacos which were flavorful and delicious. My partner had the Cobb salad with vinaigrette dressing which he enjoyed. We shared a flan and ordered chicken tortilla soup to take home. Our servicer, Monica was kind and thoughtful and made the experience truly enjoyable. We will make plans to return soon.

I don't like to give bad reviews as I don't want to hurt anyone's business. Every place has off nights too. We recently ate at their location in Las Vegas. We were extremely disappointed. The food was not good and we couldn't eat it. The staff was great though. Extremely noisy atmosphere. I first ate at Rosa Mexicano in the 90s in New York. There the food was delicious, service was excellent and it was quiet Hopefully others have a better experience than ours in Vegas.

Our dinner was good, excellent service. I ordered the empanadas, which were delicious. My companion ordered tortilla soup and she said it was really good. I would dine here again and try some of their other dishes.

Every thing we picked was amazing I would go back again for sure. The chef Fernando is amazing Our server Ashley was beyond nice and helpful and knowledgeable we were very very happy with the food

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Rosa! We were tight on time before a show and the manager went out of his way to make sure our group of 5 got drinks and appetizers before we had to jet. The margaritas were absolutely amazing. All the appetizers were delicious and fresh. The ceviche was the best, and something I would not have picked myself! The pink chips and salsa were awesome too. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends! Thanks!

Food was good but service lacking. First drinks ordered came quickly along with our appetizer. After that service slowed, with server rarely checking in. I think the server may have forgotten to fire our food as quite a lengthy time lapsed before entrees came. By then we were tired, ate what we had and left without dessert. Restaurant has cool esthetic and food was good. Maybe server was just off that night.

Excellent service at the bar and with a group of 8 at a table. We were seated quickly and chose to eat outside. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Great for groups, easy to get to from many locations on the strip and excellent guac and steak fajitas.

We love this place every time we're in the vicinity we make sure to have lunch or dinner there. We always experience something new on the menu recommended by Will, the manager who is awesome! We always look forward to our next dining experience at Rosa Mexicano.

Set a reservation, wasn't needed as it was a bit early around 5pm. Hostess wasn't the warmest, but still polite. Waitress was A++, attentive, helpful, asked about allergies right away & handled mine (peanut) accordingly. Food was great, I got the tempura shrimp tacos, the wife got quesabirria tacos. Portion sizes were a bit small for the price, however the quality of the food made it worth it. Will come back if we find ourselves in Vegas again.

The restaurant has a beautiful esthetic and I really wanted to love it, unfortunately it fell flat compared to other Mexican restaurants we've been to. It took them about 20 minutes to seat us, although we had a reservation which being in a casino we did not mind the wait. When we were seated it was very hot, we were using the food menu as a fan. I understand Vegas is hot, however it was 10:30pm at night. Our serve was an absolute doll, but you could tell she was busy. We were brought out out chips and salsa, which we very much enjoyed except for the fact that it seemed and looked like we got the leftover chips since they were almost crumb like. Again, they were good, just looked like we were getting whatever was left in a bag of chips when they're all broken and crumb like. When the food finally came out, it was very mediocre. We sent the rice back because it did not taste anything like Mexican rice. It tasted more like a failed attempt at trying to make Mexican rice. The enchiladas were okay, nothing special which was even more disappointing because if I'm paying $50 for “steak and seafood” enchiladas then they should at least be really good. (Javier's at Aria had phenomenal seafood enchiladas.) I think the best part of the entire meal was dessert, which I will say whoever is making the Flan is doing a great job! Not everywhere you go does the flan taste authentic or good, but the one you serve I would come back just to order that. Overall I don't think the meal or experience was worth $150, especially when it wasn't enjoyed the way we had hoped.

They were extremely short staffed. The hostess was clearing and setting tables while also trying to seat people. We had a reservation but didn't get seated for about 10 minutes bc they were busy busing tables. Our waitress was wonderful as was the gentleman that made our guacamole. We paid with the app bc they were now busy with a large party and we had to be at a show. The food was wonderful, as always.
