Food was excellent, but the service was substandard. Waiter spent more time talking with the other waitresses than taking care of the customers. First time we've ever had a bad experience there.

Excellent food, but service was very slow and restaurant was not busy. Not sure what happened. Nice atmosphere. Expensive but worth it.

After long wait, Food came out cold. Husband sent it back and it came back again cold. Told waitress not interested in eating. They did remove charge.

Direct feedback given to the management. Experience was poor from the start. The Las Vegas location is not representative of the Rosa Mexicano brand.

nice location for being attached to a mall...traffic was entertaining at times...service was very good as well as the food...David was our server and made very good suggestions...only reason for less than perfect, we had made reservations and requested a mezzanine seating, which was not opened, and was ok with us...however a couple who did not have reservations was assigned seating that we would have chosen...no reason to not enjoy the experience, though

We made reservations for 5:30 that evening and were greeted and assisted but asked to wait. The hostess that helped us originally walked away and did not come back for 5 minutes or so. They line piled up & a different hostess came to greet different guests. When someone else joined the front desk, we reminded them that we had a reservation. Greeted with a “it's 5:36 ma'am give us a minute” when all we were looking for was something a long the lines of “we are working on your table” etc. after we were sat we were greeted with wonderful service from our server David. The food was delicious and drink were so good. Other than the start, would recommend.

I have know about Rosa's for a very long time from New York and Los Angeles and always try to get in when I'm near one. The pomegranate margaritas and table side guacamole is all I need!!! Thank you for the great service

Service was just ok and it was really slow. The steak tacos were tough but edible. The cheeseburger tacos were good and the Signature pomegranate margarita was excellent.

This was our third time at this restaurant, second within a year. Everything was great except the server didn't visit our table too often. I ordered fajitas and at one point she offered to bring more tortillas over and never did. We eventually asked her again when she brought the check. Not ideal to forget something like that when someone is eating fajitas.

I had drinks a few times here, during my 1 week stay in The Strip. I was staying at the Hilton Elara and this is just outside their entrance on the Miracle Miles shops. The beers on tap are quite refreshing and right priced. I tried the Michelob, Modelo and Blue Moon, all were good beers and the service from their staff is easy smooth and top notch. The bar staff are quite helpful and easy to talk to as well. Def a good watering hole for a quick drink while you shop in Miracle Mile.

We wanted a restaurant that was in walking distance to our hotel. This location was perfect and after reading the reviews, we decided to dine in Rosa Mexicano. Our reservation was prior to 6:00 pm and so the restaurant was on the quiet side. The staff is friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Ace was our server, and she was patient as we asked our many questions as well as making suggestions. The tableside guacamole was a large enough portion to be shared by 3 people. You are able to choose the spice level...next time we will add more spice/heat. We shared several dishes and the drinks were tasty. The menu has a great selection of tacos and enchiladas. Dining in this restaurant was very satisfying, and we would return.

What a fantastic experience! So fun, the vibe is amazing, service fantastic and the food incredible! We sat in one of the pink booths along the mall side of the restaurant and it was a total vibe! Our server, Miguel, was one of the friendliest people we have come across in Vegas! He was helpful, friendly and informative-his service really contributed to such a positive experience. The food was delicious and served in such a quick turn around. Thank you to Miguel and all the staff at your Vegas restaurant for making our experience unforgettable!!

Never going there again. The host was rude as soon as we walked in. Our actual server was the only pleasant one. She was nice. The food was gross no flavor the guacamole person couldn't even say hi. The ambience was nothing like it was reviewed. I would not recommend this place to no one.

We love the restaurant from knowing the NYC original with Rosa. Always a great experience!
