I dined in with my husband a few days ago for some lunch, it was not a very pleasant experience i would say.. i manage a restaurant at the Venetian Resort and i would NEVER allow my employees to specially servers to act very rude and no manners towards guests. Our server never introduced herself and when my husband was ordering he ordered chicken finger and before he could even say that he was gonna order something else, she just reached over and snached his menu until i stopped her to tell her he was not finished ordering all she said was "okay" THEN my husband was able to tell her he wanted french toasts as well, she walked away after. Just very rude and not the service we'd expect. Two Days later i came back with my family for lunch as well to give it a second try BUT we ended up getting the same server.... same type of service. Would walk away before even asking " anything else i can get you ?" its common sense to ask if we are done ordering or if there is anything else we need! i asked if i could get a refil of orange juice she just blank faced said to me "there no refil for orange juice." then i proceeded to say " okay well then just another order of orange juice" and she just walked away. I could go on & on about the whole service but im sure you get these type of reviews for her already, the only way i was able to know her name was through looking at the servers name on the check. Check your employees before hiring, if they dont like their job just dont work there and period! For the record her name is Ruby.

This place is great food is very very good. I always saw a line here. To get seated it took about 20-25 minutes but it was around 11pm on January 1 2025. They were short on staff. I saw the place has a robot Wally type of thing rolling around the restaurant. Would still highly recommend to everyone.

Ok, yes, the legendary pancakes were so delicious, as claimed! The chill, leather-boothed cafe atmosphere allows the customer to relax, sip coffee and eat this large, hearty, yes served-hot breakfast. My fried over-easy eggs, perfectly flavorful soft-on-the- inside yet crispy-on-the-outside hash browns satisfied this girl! My man devoured his flavorful, gravy-coated hot sliced turkey and mashed potatoes dish lined with a bit of cranberry sauce. If you live in Summerlin and have time for a leisurely meal with kind but take-your-time service... come to Du-Pars.

I put in an online order as they have it advertised in the hotel rooms. I put in an order, paid, and It stated error. So, I re entered the payment information and it appeared to go through. I tried calling the restaurant to confirm that it went through, And the phone ring for several minutes and no one picked up. I went in to the restaurant and asked about the order. There were people standing around doing nothing. It was dysfunctional chaos. It ended up being 4 staff staring at a screen shrugging their shoulders. So, i have $85+ charged to CC, no food, staff confused. Plus I looked at the receipt and they added a junk fee, charged $10.50 just to put in a takeout order, plus asking for a tip.

I love Du-par's food it's old fashion and Delicious! Pancakes are the Best anywhere! Little drive off the strip but worth it! Free parking and a nice hotel and casino. Oh and Thank you to the couple on next table that bought our food and said nothing. Wonderful experience all around!

Just ate a piece of pumpkin pie with crumble topping...and WOW! SUPER DELICIOUS!

First time here and ordered the meatloaf plate. Huge portions and would say it was home cooked comfort food. The only miss was my sever. She was an absolute glib, low energy waitress. She really shouldn’t be serving guest as this would keep me from returning to avoid her. The casino could’ve done a better job at designing this place as it’s nothing like Du-Par’s at the Grove in LA. Another thing, before being seated, I asked if the corn beef was “homemade,” as stated on the menu or was it canned…she immediately said made fresh, I questioned that, so she went to the and came back…”it’s canned.” LOL!! Don’t guess, just be honest.

I ordered meatloaf dinner brought it home to eat and found what appears to be toe nail or thumb nail in my meat I called to speak with someone about it was asked to bring it bk with receipt idk who would lie about something like this I doubt I’ll eat there again I gambling at the Suncoast Casino Dupars loved their pancakes I won’t be ordering from there again.
