I'm sorry folks but I didn't like any aspect of this business. They don't deserve the 4.8-star rating in my opinion. I received bad service. I didn't like the donuts. They were bland, not sweet enough, AND over-priced ($11 for 2 small donuts). And on top of all that, the place itself was dirty and junky. Trust me, this place isn't worth your time or money.

Ordered online, went to pick up order, store was empty, doors locked, waited outside, worker came 10 minutes later, made donuts, they were soggy and not good. Dahek

Good idea - poor execution. The staff were friendly and courteous overall, but seemed very poorly trained as far as efficiency. Expect to spend a minimum of 10-15 minutes waiting for coffee and donuts to be prepared. All the varieties are the same base donuts with different toppings. They had a decent flavor hot and fresh. Can't recommend purchasing more than you can eat hot and fresh. They should offer a dozen mini-donuts with cinnamon or powdered sugar! The eng muff bfast sammies were very tasty. We tried it. We probably won't be back....

We’ve literally been standing inside the store (only people here) since the second they opened for 30 minutes and the guy did not even acknowledge our presence. Like am I supposed to make the donuts myself?

Then upon getting them, even though we paid to build our own box, we did not get our own box, he just gave us some random donuts.

Trash service!

Good gracious these donuts are SO good except I wasnt a big fan of the coffee cake one. The topping had little flavor and tasted like flour. The rest were incredible. I think we just made bad timing because we waited a good 10-15 minutes for the guy to finish making batter. I would have thought he would apologize or even acknowledge that we (and others) were standing there for a long time.

Hot and fresh doughnuts are a win regardless of the service or atmosphere. It's a quick in and out depending on the time of day. I got the Sunrise which was delicious. Maybe on the pricey side but this is Las Vegas.

Amazing fresh, warm donuts! Ordered pick up online in advance and was blown away with how great these were. Order was available right when I showed up. Fresh made, warm, incredible flavors and reasonably priced for Vegas. Definitely will be coming back.

What a place to grab fresh, hot, delicious donuts on the strip! NICK & EMMA were beyond friendly which could be difficult with the types of customers they may encounter. I will definitely be stopping by again when I'm in town.

I was expecting big doughnuts by looking at the pictures and for the price but was disappointed by how they are actually smaller than Dunkin. They were made fresh and made to order. They were hot and gooey so had to let them cool down. Over $5 for a single doughnut is insane but with the Groupon it was worth it. $13.50 plus tax for a doughnut topped milkshake which I got and it was the worst milkshake I've ever had. It was basically just milk, I didn't taste or see any ice cream consistently. Employees need to be trained properly especially when people are spending that much money. Overall if you're getting a half or whole dozen doughnuts it's worth it because the doughnuts actually taste really good and the price is reasonable when purchased in bulk. The customer service was non-existent, I had to basically pry answers out. I'll try a different location in the future and hopefully it's better. I do recommend buying a Groupon and getting the doughnuts because you and/or your kids will really like having a fresh doughnut. After looking at other reviews I guess I must've just had a new employee who didn't really know what he was doing.

Do not do online ordering as you will not save any time. It will take longer. The process makes no sense. In store orders are prioritized despite ordering ahead with a pickup window time. Donuts are good though, just don’t expect punctuality.
