If you want to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich with a hair and a coffee with no coffee, this is the place for you! Do yourself a favor stop at the Dutch bros not even half a mile down the road. It’s cheaper too.

This was the single greatest customer service experience I've ever had. The Happy deal is a $2 hot/iced coffee from 1-5pm or something like that. I've never been to Dunkin but the clerk at the counter told me about happy hour and she was so helpful every step of the way. She told about all the different flavors and explained a lot of thier food items to me. This is my new spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We waited for about 20 minutes because there was only one person and the customers too. Ahead of us were taking so long to decide on what they wanted. We thought about donuts until I noticed multiple flies in the donut case. We ended up just getting the mango and berry drink. Positive thing is that locals get 20% discount at Arizona Charlie’s Dunkin’ Donuts.

I ordered a coffee earlier today (sep 29.) and it’s tasted burn and just not good at all. I still had my receipt and drink and asked for a refund. The lady would not give me a refund. I want my money back. This is not okay won’t go back to this location.
