Great location Terrible customer service I didn't like the coffee I ordered but the lady working would not give me a refund nor would she let me exchange it for something else! It was bitter and just tasted awful! I did call the main office but got on hold and waited 45 min before I finally had to get back to my life! That was $15 just wasted! And I didn't even take it with me. I didn't want it after all! Poor handling of customer satisfaction! Don't recommend to anyone! Sorry!

Worst service ever!All I ask was could I pre order An apple fritter and was told that " I guess if you want one that bad. You need to be here when we open" I have never had worse service at any restaurant, Let alone any dunkin donuts.That boy needs to be put back through customer service training.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is inside Arizona Charlie Boulder Highway. Donuts were good and my coffee was fresh and hot. The Server/ Cashier was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Very clean. Love the donuts. ? we will be back. Thank you! See you guys soon.
