Worst service ever!All I ask was could I pre order An apple fritter and was told that " I guess if you want one that bad. You need to be here when we open" I have never had worse service at any restaurant, Let alone any dunkin donuts.That boy needs to be put back through customer service training.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is inside Arizona Charlie Boulder Highway. Donuts were good and my coffee was fresh and hot. The Server/ Cashier was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Very clean. Love the donuts. ? we will be back. Thank you! See you guys soon.

The service is very good, the waitress took out my eye while I was waiting, also while I was in the toilet, the cleaner hit me on the head with a stick. The donuts were moldy and I found a mouse in the coffee. The interior is excellent, the chandelier almost fell on my head.???

Had to wait 30 minutes in line bcuz they only had 1 person trying to do it all ! They need to staff the place better ! Will not go there again and would never recommend!
Coffees were good but the donuts were old. The glaze had turned to liquid and they had an old donut texture. We ended up throwing all the donuts away but enjoyed the coffees. Staff was super nice.
