I’ve been to countless Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s my go to coffee shop. But this one was terrible service and quality. I asked for 1 vanilla pump since I don’t like it super sweet, the barista made it taste very vanilla when I clearly asked for it not too. They said they don’t participate in the rewards program when they literally have signs in the store promoting it. I spent $50 when it would have been closer to $30.

Visit the store in August 09 2025, the two employees were extremely rude. Not sure what their problem is with customers. Never seen like that. Gave my order without my drink, then yelled at me that I was the problem never ordered in the first place.

I visited this location today (8/3/25) at 5:30pm. Whoever the young lady is that was working needs to be fired. She was very rude and sarcastic. She gave us the wrong order and had the nerve to have an attitude when we addressed it. She overcharged us for the wrong item and then tried to charge me again for what I actually ordered. Because I was ready to slap her I made her refund me and we left. That attitude is definitely going to drive away business. I definitely will not be back.

Visited this place yesterday, those two young girls working there were rude, giving each others looks while I was talking. I usually dont write bad reviews but this experience was horrible.
It was a quick 10 minute walk from our hotel. No sitting inside but there was a table we could stand and eat at.

So I walked in 2 days ago for Dunka latte. And the young lady never greeted me, and when I ordered my drink with ice, it came back the top part of my drink was missing a gap of of the drink. So when I asked her, why is that he said all because it’s portioning I’m saying but I wanna ask for a little bit of less ice why can’t you fill it up and say well that’s how we do things at this store so the next day I go to the one on Rainbow and Russell. I asked for exactly the same way and they fail mine to the top. The lady was rude. She didn’t want to fix my drink the correct way and I never had nobody to give you less drink because you left ask for ice.
