Do not patronize any Dunkin Donuts. The donuts arrives in the morning and that's the same donuts all day. Las Vegas weather will provide you with a dry donut. They also have a loyalty program that is useless because the employees don't know the program. I thought with their expansion plans it would be good but they are a huge disappointment. I called to let them know about their service and because they are not corporate stores they could care less. I wrote a complaint to get the same response. I refuse to give them any money for horrible service and products. Don't waste your time. The only competent manager is at the Sahara property next to Hertz. The rest of them are consistently bad.

Avoid this location if you can. We are stuck in a hotel not far from this location. But due to the heat we choose to order via Uber Eats. I was given a estimated delivery time Per the Uber app I saw the driver was there for quite a long time. Just sitting while the app said Dunkin doughnuts was still processing the order This place is like 10 min walk. It took at least 40 mins maybe more to get the delivery. We each ordered black peppered bacon breakfast sandwich on croissants- not toasted Husband wanted American cheese I ordered cheddar cheese When we finally got the order no Croissants, they gave us not toasted English muffins. The worst breakfast sandwich either of us ever eaten. They charge you $2.23 for six small hash rounds ! I could buy whole potatoes for that price. Wishing I would have looked at the reviews on Trip Advisor before placing my order.

Good service, questionable management.The employees have been nothing but kind and helpful, the store is fairly clean and the food is great for a Dunkin. However, you'll occasionally hear some staff talking about things you do NOT want to hear. I've genuinely heard one of the employees talk about hating immigrants and Cubans, another straight up saying slurs to others. This makes it incredibly uncomfortable to go here sometimes because I don't know what I'll hear from who I assume to be managers. If you're able to go to any other Dunkin, that's what I'd recommend.

fine service I really was starting to enjoy my time in the store, excited for food I ordered but the weird experience that followed is why I'm reviewing in the first place. ordering, I overheard someone saying racial slurs in the back just straight up. looked kind of towards the back to see who I could guess is in management with how she was following employees saying wildly inappropriate things to her employees just out in the open for all to hear. felt too uncomfortable to stay so I won't be returning. fine service, rancid environment. I hope this doesn't keep up I genuinely felt for the people who worked here because this was not the first time I've been here and something like this had happened. first time I bought from the store, I heard these same people call a (very young looking) employee "retarded" over something. like, are you kidding me? I would definitely buy at a different location, definitely gave these poor people at the front a tip because I'm guessing the management is cruel considering the sort of activity I've seen here not once, but twice.
i'm super upset with the workers at this dunkin place, I buy in this place for a long time, and I've been accused of stealing orange juice, the orange juice is in a frizer where the costumer grab him alone so I always pay first and then grab the juice, for today 12/17/2022 at 6:40 and when I finish eating a worker come outside and accuses me and telling me not to go back to the store because he saw me stealing a orange juice talking to me in a bad way, I return to the store to show that person that i doesn't steal anything l, they taught him the recivo that I buy it and never apologize... . workers don't do their job right... Before accusing someone of stealing the worker have to make sure with the other workers and ask if they pay what your thinking a costume still,

Very slow service, even when there weren't any lines or many people. Coffee was meh. Came once and won't stop here again.

Great place. As I am sitting in the drive thru not greeted at the window when I pulled up and not helped for 5 mins. I see the employees on their phones and not doing anything. I then received attitude from the gentleman at the window.
