Horrible reception, the unfriendly girl, I order an espresso with an extra glass of hot water to lengthen my coffee, she charges me 3.54usd, not the coffee at 2.18usd.... The glass of water I obviously got reimbursed for the rest it may be very good I did not have the pleasure of consuming there but at Strabuck opposite the glass of water was offered and the smile understood that it was different

Very nice looking Dunkin but the service was awful. It was during a convention so I understand the long wait but orders were being made out of order. I waited over 30 minutes for a cup of coffee. My number was number 72. They called numbers like 51,93,68,71. There was no rhyme or reason to it. They messed up my beverage as well but I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes to have it corrected. Great idea to have a Dunkin center here but they need to work on the assembly line process.
I have to say the employees were trying to hustle and even the manager was making coffees but I don't understand how the orders were so wildly out of order to the point where people behind me in line got coffee 15 minutes before I did.

There is a tradeshow going on until 5 and they close at 3. There is nowhere else to get coffee. What is going on? Why would you be in a convention center if you can't stay open for convention center hours?

So after I pay does someone just hand me a cup of black coffee and I’m on my way? No again. Instead I have to wait in a second queue to get my coffee…I’m 22nd in line. Not making that up. I wait another 10 minutes to get my cup of black coffee.
