Dunkin donut express? More like Dunkin Donut “how long can we make you wait”. Got so bored waiting in line and decide to time it. Average was 1 customer every 1 minute and 12 seconds. And just to be clear, it wasn’t customer not knowing what they want, it’s the employee who is handling the ordering randomly walking off to talk to co-worker and come back 20 second and strike more small talks with customer - rinse and repeat. It was the strangest experience.

All in all, good luck getting your coffee and run to your gate lol.

Hey I would want to order a matcha latte at terminal 3. Your staff was rude and unapologetic the item I wanted to order was unavailable. Just went straight to my face and told me “we don’t have delivery today it is not available, next customer please” They should have marked it unavailable on the menu list! Your staff needs to be trained proper customer service.

Slowest Dunkin’ ever. There was a super long line, but workers seem to work slow on purpose to make customers leave the line. Joey moved quite fast, but her coworker (whose name tag is flipped around), stands around before helping anyone.

I ordered a latte and I requested to be made faster as my flight was leaving. They charged $9 for a medium sized coffee and I left empty handed as they refused to make it. The lady who ordered after me got her drink before me and I had to leave because they weren't paying attention. They refused to give me a refund saying it's going to take longer. I wasted money and didn't get my coffee. Rude and unethical. They should fire those employees and get new ones who are nice and respectful.

Extremely rude employee who refused to make a drink order. Asked for a medium brown sugar shakin espresso with an extra espresso shot. A drink that I order on a regular from any other Dunkin across the country. Only to be told that is a specific drink and she wont alter it.

Horrendously slow service at 'D' gates Dunkin'. The employees are slothful movers and don't seem to have any care about long lineups.

Dunkin’ at D gates Terminal 3. Had to dump the coffee as its taste bore no resemblance to what coffee should taste like. The guy that served me had to be reminded 3 times by a coworker to get me the donut I’d order from him. The donut itself was passable.

Dunkin’ Express Terminal D6 will not get me as a customer again. Let’s start with the fact that they yell that they do not accept the DD app or gift card. That would be nice to know by reading a sign instead of having someone constantly repeat it in a rude manner.

I purchased the bacon snack and it was cold and packed with grease. I took it back to the counter and expressed that the bacon is cold and has clumps of grease on it. I asked for it to be reheated. I was told they cook the bacon in the morning and put it in a box and serve it from the box. Sure enough I observe a plastic container full of bacon just sitting. That makes no sense at all.

My drinks were perfect but the food and customer service is something to be desired. I’m huge on customer service. It’s how you treat people that keeps them coming back. Because of convenience of location they’ll get customers but service when ordering could be a lot better and say the bacon is served cold and not hot.

Drinks were out quickly but food items were out of stock and then my updated food item was forgotten about. After waiting 13 minutes I asked someone who acknowledged me in no way but put my order in. She then announced my order in my face as though we hadn’t just spoken about it.
