Clerk was rude and had no manners. She was even talking with mouthful of food. I can’t rate food since we didn’t eat there. She probably doesn’t care since it is tourist area and not necessarily repeat business…

I asked for cream and received a coffee with way too much cream. The employees refused to remake it or add more coffee. No customer service whatsoever at this location. Paid $5 for weak cream with little coffee.

It’s Dunkin’ Doughnuts in a casino; it’s just as good as any other Dunkin’ you’ve probably been to, but you’re gonna pay that casino up charge. Not a terrible breakfast choice if you don’t mind paying more than you might be used to.

The manager refused to take my order for something I have gotten millions of times (mango pineapple refresher with oatmilk). She said that it was against the rules to make it even though the ordering machine had that as an option with a 50 cent up-charge. The girl she was with was kind like everybody else who has given me what I asked for (specifically at this location). She claimed that the people who made it yesterday only did it as “an act of courtesy.” Well I guess that they’ll only be courteous if you pay them the CORRECT amount of change that the drink SHOULD cost. ? The manager should be demoted for not knowing how to do her job correctly and with respect.

The Pizza faced girl that said she was the manager said all Dunkin are not the same but when I asked for a number to call she said call corporate.
So who runs that one different??

They screw up the order, argue, refuse the refund. Manager refuses to give name, refuses to provide owner information. Total fiasco.

The lady in the morning with the Studio Ghibli decorated glasses and Pokémon tattoos was so, so sweet both mornings we came. Super bubbly, kind, and a breath of fresh air in the morning! And she fixed the donuts when we individually ordered 6 to make them into a six pack and saved us like $6! Amazing customer service and will definitely stop by this location again next time we’re in Vegas! Also even with a line the wait for food wasn’t too bad.

I went there for a quick bite, there were 2 "Workers" there and even though it was a bit busy, (I only saw 3 people me included there) they were served quick but they FAILED in the customer service department (In my opinion) when they acknowledge a LONG line and DO NOT say "We'll be with you in a moment" COMMON SENSE! Not returning anytime soon until this gets reviewed!

Horrible customer service at the Fremont Hotel this afternoon. Snotty girls with no customer experience. Not helpful when I was trying to order doughnuts. Way over charged for doughnut bites. One girl told me that the pricing was on the glass.
The other girl reprimanded me in front of other customers about where to wait fir my doughnuts next time.

The service was good, but the main problem is that when they moved from the other side of the casino, their donut selection became severely restricted and some of my favorites aren't available. It seems like they are really only interested in the coffee business these days.
