It was so bad. I know its Dunkin, but even I was disappointed. I also know that its Vegas, and you're bound to get ripped off with bad service, but this was on a whole other level of terrible. Do better.

$I made the decision to spend more here because it looked good and the photos on the digital
menu screen seemed like decent portions. I have perspective that I get expect to get what I pay for. I knew I was paying a lot. But I didn’t get remotely what I paid for here. Not even close. $9.00 for a small bucket filled, half full, totaling 7 chipotle hashbrowns and $3.50 for a bag, again filled half full, totaling 5 hashbrowns. Yes you’re paying a premium for food in Downtown Las Vegas but this place is taking screwing you over and stealing your money to a whole new level. Go waste it at the slot machines and not here. You’ll be more satisfied, and ironically get more in return than this abomination of a Dunkin. I won’t be going back to any Dunkin after this horrible experience. Don’t let your day get ruined by this place, like they did mine: STAY AWAY.

I’m absolutely furious. The staff at your store were unbelievably rude. My drink was filled entirely with ice – I have photos. Even worse, my friend politely asked for tap water to fill her drink bottle (in 30°C Vegas heat!), and the guy snapped and told her to go to the store behind us because “the manager won’t allow it.” Are you serious? In this heat, surrounded by drunk people, and you can’t spare a cup of water? This is disgusting customer service. Whoever was working today should be fired immediately – they clearly don’t know how to treat customers. I demand a full refund AND compensation – a gift card or bank transfer. You’ve lost my respect and probably a lot more customers if this is how you operate.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent experience at Dunkin was too good not to share. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how efficient and organized the team was. Even during a busy time, the employees handled everything smoothly, with great energy and professionalism.

I especially want to recognize Leo, who completely went above and beyond. I was having trouble deciding what to get, but Leo was so helpful and patient. He took the time to ask me what I like and gave me suggestions based on that. He genuinely cared about helping me find something I’d enjoy.
He actually checked in with me after I got my drink to make sure I liked it. That kind of attention to customer satisfaction is rare these days, and it made such a difference.

Convenient coffee shop inside the Fremont hotel. Yes it's a little more expensive than the typical locations but its Vegas so not too surprising. Will get busy but they have an ordering kiosk and do use the app so a little planning will make it a better experience.

Food comes out with expected quality so it's great for a quick start to a fun day on Fremont Street!

This place is a TOTAL RIPOFF.. Charged me $15 for a tiny bagel and a drink that was 2 sips and all ice. AVOID the RIP OFF food cout at Fremont... TOTAL BONE! Dunkin should be ashamed charging double.

I don’t normally leave reviews but when I asked for a coffee, the lady behind the counter kinda looked stressed and had an attitude towards us even though I was the only one in line. All in all the drink was good though!

Make sure to order at the self order kiosks. The line can get long in the morning. Otherwise, a nice breakfast/coffee run!

Sure is nice to have a Dunkin in the Food Court inside the Fremont Hotel.

Every Morning my brother and I would stop in and grab a coffee or Iced Coffee.

The service each and every single time was outstanding and very courteous.

The weather was perfect to go and sit outside in early May and enjoy the sun. Except for the one day typical Las Vegas dropped 15°F so a warm cup of Joe on the inside lol.

So nice and convenient to have a Dunkin in the Downtown Fremont area. Quick and extremely nice friendly service...

Just paid five dollars for a sugar-free Gatorade at the Dunkin location on Fremont St., Las Vegas. Asked for a small cup with ice and was told that that would cost an additional $4.32.

Are they serious? Charging for ice and a small cup of ice? I know this is Las Vegas, but this is the epitome of ridiculousness!!

Who makes these kind of corporate decisions?

Horrible !!!
