This is another example of Las Vegas overpricing. The hot food we got was not hot, too small and tasted bad. The donuts are excellent as always. The staff represented the growing problem in America of people how do jobs but hate their jobs, thus sacrificing service. I’ve said it before, I know they have to deal with lots of bad customers here every day. It just sucks that every customer is made to feel unwelcome and a nuisance.

I have been in Vegas a week . We r staying at four queens casino. Went to these Dunkin donuts 3 times sene I've been here . The manager on the morning shift was rude as hellll. Not only to the customers but the employees as well. How do u guys allow someone like that to work for your. Couldn't get her name because she wasn't wearing her name tag. But when I do go back won't be the morning shift.

I ordered an iced cappuccino. I received a blended drink like a milkshake. I asked staff for an iced cappuccino. The lady working stated that is how they make their iced cappuccino. I stated it is wrong. I tried to explain to her how to make it. She didn't listen to me and was rude. She eventually gave me an iced latte but made that wrong as well. For $8, I expect the correct drink.

I got the app and was able to get a free medium drink with a purchase. It was right across the street from where I was staying, and they open at 5am.

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a ‘professional business’ Avoid this place at all costs.Rude staff member charged us $6 for a cup of hot water for a 12 week old baby to feed. Baring in mind we was paying customers. Extremely rude even when requesting a little hot water. Vile.Women behind the counter needs to learn how to speak to PAYING CUSTOMERS correctly.

Maple donut tasted fresh and my ice chai latte was refreshing. Customer service was a bit dry but not expecting them to go Dutch Bros mode lol.

Wanted a donut for a treat. When it came time to pay l couldn’t believe they were charging me $4.00 U.S. for one single donut. in Canada the same donut only cost me $1.50 Canadian. Highway robbery, will never buy from them again.

Picked up bad food poisoning from this joint. Had an iced coffee with whipped cream. Was all I’d had all day and was as sick as a dog for 48 hours. Avoid at all costs.

We came here for coffee in the morning since our hotel didn't offer coffee makers in the room, which is ridiculous. Don't stay at the downtown Grand. Fortunately, Duncan's was close by. They had great coffee and their sourdough breakfast sandwich was delicious.

Takes forever to order on the kiosk since there’s lines on each one. It’s also located inside the casino which sucks bc you have to pay for parking. Not a location I want to return to.
