I LOVE THIS DUNKIN, if you want your drinks made the same everytime go here, it doesnt matter what time of day i go or who is working my drinks always get made the same ,and i love that about this dunkin. Its hard to find any coffee shops where all their employees make the drinks the same.Chelsey always has the best customer service and is always happy! The iced caramel macchiato is my go to!!

I like this location. The staff are nice and welcoming. Usually they make my drink so well in-person. I’ve only had one “bad” experience with delivery where they made my chai with coffee in it. Nice location to chill in for a little while.

Trash!!! Highly disappointed and upset. I tried to give them a second chance after a bad prior experience, hoping maybe it was just a bad day. I was in the area and gave it ago. One I had a lovely amount of thick coffee grounds towards the end of my cup. Just gross!!!! Coffee tasted great before I had a mouth full of coffee grounds. Poor customer service at this location. Just rude and lacking professionalism. I get it they don’t get the best pay but I didn’t tell you to apply. Where’s the good customer service nowadays??? Smh I will be taking my business and money else where!!! The dunkin a few blocks over on Maryland is a better choice!

I have been to this Dunkin two mornings in a row....made my order yesterday and pulled up to the window and was told I did not order .....today I sate on the drive through fo 8 minutes kapt saying hello watched 5 cars behind me drive off. I finally just went inside and ordered...then all the cars behind me started placing orders and being served ....won't be back

Subject: Unsafe Experience at Silverado Ranch & Bermuda Location
This morning, an employee at the Dunkin’ on Silverado Ranch & Bermuda used profanity and violent language toward customers. My 2-year-old, my elderly mother, and I felt unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. I will not return after this experience and hope immediate action is taken to ensure families are treated with respect and safety. If I could I would give 0 stars rating An email was sent to CEO , Customer service and additional people to make sure they are aware of the situation

Staff is extremely rude. When you walk in they don't even greet you, in fact they ignore you. This is the closest to me but I would much rather drive to the one near the outlet on LV blvd. At least the staff is respectful and nice, esp in the drive thru.

I stopped here every day to get my same order: large, iced coffee, seven creams for vanilla swirls, and one butter pecan swirl. They do it right every time.
This is an amazing Dunkin, came through this morning and Katrina handled my order promptly, everything was delicious and she has an amazing personality for drive through! I’ll be back looking forward to great service! Thank you Katrina for making my Dunkn day!

Hasheem was super rude . He called my order that I picked up at the counter and my food was just out in the open without a bag . I kindly asked if I can get a bag he went to put it in there then threw the bag at me with an attitude. I told the shift lead and said he’s rude all the time . Very bad service

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a couple of months now and I will say the staff are very nice my coffee always tastes super fantastic and the food is delicious. sometimes the drive-through is A little backed up, but that just shows you how good the food is .
