Staff is extremely rude. When you walk in they don't even greet you, in fact they ignore you. This is the closest to me but I would much rather drive to the one near the outlet on LV blvd. At least the staff is respectful and nice, esp in the drive thru.

I stopped here every day to get my same order: large, iced coffee, seven creams for vanilla swirls, and one butter pecan swirl. They do it right every time.

This Dunkin’ drive thru was fast and my order was correct all three times I visited. My food, coffee, and tea was good too.

Hasheem was super rude . He called my order that I picked up at the counter and my food was just out in the open without a bag . I kindly asked if I can get a bag he went to put it in there then threw the bag at me with an attitude. I told the shift lead and said he’s rude all the time . Very bad service

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a couple of months now and I will say the staff are very nice my coffee always tastes super fantastic and the food is delicious. sometimes the drive-through is A little backed up, but that just shows you how good the food is .

I come here almost every day — some mornings, some afternoons — and everyone is nice! Except, unfortunately, the morning manager who is consistently rude and disrespectful to her employees.

She yells at everyone, sometimes from across the room. The nice man who doesn’t speak English gets it the worst.

All too often, people stay silent. But silence doesn’t help anyone, not even her. It tells people what they’re doing is OK, keep doing it.

Most of the staff here are young. This is their first job. Maybe they haven’t learned how to speak up for themselves yet, or the many reasons why they should.

Bullies never go away. They just get older, louder, and sometimes promoted. Standing up for yourself doesn’t mean being mean back (that’s how you lose). It means picking your head up, looking at them, and saying — calmly, with composure: “Please don’t talk to me like that. It’s not okay.”

You might be surprised how often a line like that — delivered the right way — can change things.

It tells the person what they’re doing is wrong. It shows them you won’t be intimidated (even if you are), and reminds them that people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect.

Sometimes it’s a wake-up call for someone who truly didn’t know any better — because no one ever told them. Sometimes they get defensive, deflect, but come back a few days later and quietly pull you aside to apologize, because you were right. And, sometimes, they just keep being a jerk and that’s how they live their life. But at least now you’ve taken a target off your back. They leave you alone and move on to someone else, and if they do, maybe that's someone you can help speak up for themselves, too.

To the nice people here, making my coffee and smiling through it all: keep up the good work. Just don’t let your smiles mean you also stay silent — because that’s how more people end up like her.

Sign on the window decal states open until 8. Arrived at 7:02, doors were locked. When I tried to open the door, the girl inside looked at me, waved her finger no and pointed to the drive thru. Nothing stated that only the drive thru is open until 8…something seems off.

I am blown away! I saw a young girl come in to inquire about a job. The employees whispered to one another and told her they weren't hiring. The young girl was bigger so I'm sure that's what it was about. I think to judge someone by their weight is illegal. I hope she calls cooperate. I hope this is addressed and I won't be returning to this store. Very rude employees and the service was awful. Imo that young girl looked ready to work and probably would of given better service than the ones there already.

I know that I love it over there because it's next to the island store and I like getting fish there too

I'm sorry but whoever owns this dunkin donuts needs to find another profession. Your staff is rude, you don't carry fresh donuts let alone more than just a few varieties. I've given multiple chances to see if it was a mistake but every time same thing. Definitely not returning.

December 12/18 at 12:50 pm girl at the speaker was so incredibly rude and unprofessional copping an attitude with us and then we decided to just leave because she was so rude as we drove away she started screaming at us cussing us out! Extremely uncalled for and this girl needs to be terminated
