Coffee and donuts were fantastic... and that it. The service was outstandingly horrid with the workers actively 8gnoring customers even when I'm assuming the Lead or manager told them to pay attention and help and then the one cashier was wearing a black hoodie riddled with sweat stains and there was this horrible BO smell wafting through the dining area and I couldn't seem to figure it out and then I noticed the homeless person sleeping at one of the counters. This place can do better and they should be ashamed.

To stand in a store where three individuals are working and not even to get a good morning how you doing and wait in the pickup line and then have them handle everybody else but you is kind of crazy and then the one thing the manager says is did you let them know you had a delivery like like I explained to you you should really run your camera so you can see how they conduct themselves cuz they're going to ruin your business you want repeat customers not new customers

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The lady who was taking our order messed up so many items. The food was completely terrible, some items being inedible. The bagels were hard as rock, completely unfresh and stale. The bagel bites were not toasted at all, something that would probably make someone’s stomach hurt. The croissants were not soft at all. Our coffee was also made wrong. They took over 20 mins to make our order, yet nothing was new or fresh. Very disappointed, wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location.

When you come into the store, you get the impression that you're not really welcome but are just a nuisance. As a tourist you don't really understand the grumbling of the waitress. But the employee wasn't particularly interested. Very rude Dunkinstore! Others can do it much better.

I ordered delivery using the UberEats app today. I ordered 2 dunkinlatte's two breakfast wraps, donut holes and 3 hash browns. I placed my order at 8:45, the UberEats driver was there before 8:55am. The store advertises delivery times as being 25-30min. I get a call from Dunkin donuts saying they actually don't have won't have Dunkin lattes at all this week and can they replace my drink with something else. By this time my UberEats driver had already been waiting for my order for about 15-20min and contacted me to tell me that they said it would be about 5min to prepare my order. I OK'd a replacement for frozen coffees, because I just wanted my toddlers breakfast by this point, even though the coffees I ordered were much more expensive with the customized add on's. I was told I would have to contact UberEats for a refund for the difference, after I OK'd the drink replacement my UberEats driver say there for an additional 15min waiting on my order. When my order finally arrived my food was cold and soggy, I could tell they had left my food sitting for quite sometime while they sorted my drink situation out and then took an excessive amount of time to make my replacement. This is very poor management on Dunkins part. Customers pay a lot of money to use UberEats delivery and I am sure some of the inflation benefits Dunkin. Dunkin intentionally provided poor and slow service to its UberEats customers, because they don't have to deal with them directly, and it is wrong

What is going on at this store? Awful. Just plain awful! The drive thru has UNNECESSARY cones and a metal post, making the "turn" very difficult as you approach the window.
Every time i get a bagel here, they barely put any cream cheese on it. Every other loc makes theirs properly.
