Wait 20 minuets for 2 coffees. they need to coordinate their efforts. if you drive thru you will have to wait at least 20 minutes if you only order 2 drinks. they take care of the drive thru after they take care of the walk in people.

This Dunkin is the best one in the valley. The staff is so kind & helpful. The store is always clean & the drinks are always so delicious. I've been drinking Starbucks for the past 25 years & Im done supporting them . I have to say I LOVE DUNKIŃ so much more . Don't know why it took me so long to make the switch. A huge plus , they are cheaper.

Worst customer service I ever seen . visit at the store this drive-through since no one responded. I had to go at the Window the lady that just started the order before we finished so called the manager or supervisor came by and stopped my order and told me to go inside and order stating that I didn’t order before I get to the window which I explained that I tried, but there’s no response . She has really bad attitude since she came by and not even wanted to serve. I honestly never seen anyone with this behavior would work in customer service shame on you. I will get her name and repost this since I stopped by this place more often.

I didn't know where to go but I the end I was assisted and the manager at the time saw my foam had dissolved so she added more to it and not only that but it was the best tasting coffee

This Dunkin' is a really nice, clean spot that's conveniently close to the Strip and great for a quick stop while shopping. Right now, they have an awesome deal—$6 for a sandwich, hash browns, and an iced coffee—which is a huge win if you have a family. Affordable, tasty, and convenient—definitely worth a visit!
