Patricia the GM rescued the mess the newbies made of our order. i guess a frappe is new to dunkin and the newbies had no idea what that is. lol. its not a frappe, its a frozen coffee? ok, the GM made it happen. she also had awesome customer service skills and gave us a few free donuts. this was my first visit to a dunkins ever!! and was unhappy with the service til Patricia stepped in. she saved my first opinion of my visit. well done!!

Dunkin' is a local restaurant that offers a variety of donuts and a friendly service. The staff are praised for their efficiency and kindness. The donuts are consistently fresh. This specific location has a nice seating inside and outside as well. The store is always busy and the team does a very clean and good job preparing all the orders. The manager is awesome and on point, making customers feel better even when the line is out the door. Orders are always ready, though sometimes they are very busy and can forget items like cream.
