I will not be coming back. This is the third time that messed up my order. I should’ve learned my lesson when you place an order and they ask you to pull up and park and they’ll bring it out to you which they do. They hand it to you very quickly and run inside because the order is Usually not Correct. I have a three strike rule and this is more than the third time they’ve done this goodbye Duncan.

If there is a worse Dunkin in Vegas…I doubt it.
Order is alwayyyyys incorrect. You’re better off asking for a coffee at Home Depot. Avoid this location at all costs.

Had an everything bagel there 01/31/25. Bagel was stale, and extremely hard. Could not be eaten. Had to be thrown away. Also, asked to have creme cheese on both sides of bagel. Manager said we should probably charge extra for that. Terrible location. No customer service. Don't even acknowledge you as a customer is in the store. Premium prices for food, and coffee. Terrible service yesterday, and bagels should have been dumped from the day before. Don't even ask about the donut. What happen to the filing. Have not been in Dunkin Donuts here in Las Vegas for over a year. Will never step foot in another Dunkin, here in Las Vegas, Nv. ever. The franchisor that owns the majority of the store here in Las Vegas needs to straighten up quality in there locations. Very few of them are customer friendly. Very money hungry, that's about it. Had been a Dunkin customer in South Florida for over 25 years, prior to moving here. Florida locations were great, and customer friendly. Why is Las Vegas locations so much different.

I came in with my daughter and not one person acknowledged us. We stood at the counter for 12min. Everyone was busy decorating the place then serving customers. We were the only customer in side and only one customer in the drive through. I just left. No more dunkin for me. There are better donut places in

Halloween decor is so cute and everywhere! Staff accommodated sourdough for not having croissant which was such a good choice! Best sandwich I’ve had from Dunkin in general! They are efficient and polite.

3rd time was when I have decided to never go to this Dunkin again! Had issues with scanning on the app...took all my rewards points and money out of my dunkin account...I write customer service and argue with them for 3 weeks over $9.00 Finally owner tries to make it right by giving me a $10 gift card and a free coffee.. Great! I go the 2nd time thru drive thru to scan my rewards points and once again my points are removed but not from my total...another cashier came over and gave me the coffee free for my points.. they did short me on an egg and cheese wrap...so today I try for the 3rd time and order a coffee and a croissant...as I drive off and get to work 2 minutes away...coffee is ice cold! I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar...nothing fancy and they couldn't get that right....Im sorry 3 problems in a row...nope not going back.

My friend and I were frustrated when we tried to enter the store while a customer was inside. An employee came to tell us that they didn't want us inside because they wanted to mop the floor an hour and a half before the store closes. She told us to go through the drive-thru instead, so we decided to do so.

Once we got to the speaker, she told us to give her a moment, which confused me since they weren't letting customers in and there were three people working at that hour. They made us wait for 17 minutes, during which I kept trying to politely say hello to get their attention, but no one answered.

When she finally did answer, she kept telling us that most of the donuts were out, even though we had clearly seen them when we tried to enter earlier, and no one had gone inside since then. I decided to drive off because I felt that the way they treated us was disrespectful, especially considering that we had been patient.

The employee's eye roll and laugh as we left were also unnecessary and unprofessional. It was clear that they did not want to do their job.
