I would like to say i received a warm welcome but that didnt happen. I ordered a hot matcha latte it was tepid at best.

I always ask if there is Mocha or at least they can add mocha swirls to my coffee (which other Dunkin Donuts do), but they always end up giving me something else, from black coffee to Hot Chocolate, or I ask for chocolate Glazed donuts, and they give me a chocolate frosted donuts. Very poor service.

My go to location but the service was so off today! Waiting for my order for 20 mins while my order was sitting in the inside counter and waiting to be handed to me—— finally had to ask again and finally handed my cold food and drinks 🤦♂️. Will avoid this location from now on.

I walk into Dunkin’ Donuts and waited around 5 minutes and I peeked in and asked a young lady that was cleaning something if there was anyone taking orders, she replied I GUESS I can, maybe the cashier was in the restroom or something, so when I asked if those were The only donuts they had, which were about two dozen she replied o if you want donuts you need to come first thing in the morning 🤷🏻♀️ so So Krispy Kreme, it was!!!

Be aware! Young staff who at times seem to be seriously untrained. I was a regular customer but vowed NOT to ever visit the store again. What managers and maybe eve executives don't understand is that what they sell is CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. When I request for a certain donut and get dismissed by a young idiot as if she doesn't care and in fact doing me a favor, she obviously does not know what she is doing. That is not to mention that they don't seem to understand that just placing gloves on their hand and touching the dirty surfaces and the food at the same time, thinking is OK, is beyond me! Frankly I am not sure even the manager/s get it! Never ever will I attend that store again.
Very quiet in the late afternoon, good coffee and donuts to enjoy, Fall is in the air and in the menu. Friendly and courteous staff.

Horrible costumer service. The girls don’t listen to you. I ordered 2 bacon cheese and egg, one with no bacon and one as it is… both came with bacon. I ordered a ham croissant, that she didn’t even add to the order, I was standing and waiting for an order that wasn’t going to be made. I ordered two cappuccinos, one large, and one small with caramel. When I got my order, the small was a regular coffee with caramel. I took it back, explained that I ordered a cappuccino with caramel but I got a regular coffee instead… she was really attentive and got me a cappuccino…. When I was drinking it, no caramel. This didn’t only happen with me. During the short period of time I was standing there waiting for my order, a guy also complained that he ordered a coffee with no ice but it came with ice. He didn’t ask it back, but he should have. So then maybe by remaking the same order twice every time they would start paying more attention and getting costumers what they actually ordered.

I like this location, but every time I get my iced coffee from here the lid has coffee always under the rim and I get coffee all over my shirts! I will have to go to a different one when I am on that side of town. If it did not happen every time it maybe different. But I have had enough!
