My go to location but the service was so off today! Waiting for my order for 20 mins while my order was sitting in the inside counter and waiting to be handed to me—— finally had to ask again and finally handed my cold food and drinks 🤦♂️. Will avoid this location from now on.

I walk into Dunkin’ Donuts and waited around 5 minutes and I peeked in and asked a young lady that was cleaning something if there was anyone taking orders, she replied I GUESS I can, maybe the cashier was in the restroom or something, so when I asked if those were The only donuts they had, which were about two dozen she replied o if you want donuts you need to come first thing in the morning 🤷🏻♀️ so So Krispy Kreme, it was!!!

Be aware! Young staff who at times seem to be seriously untrained. I was a regular customer but vowed NOT to ever visit the store again. What managers and maybe eve executives don't understand is that what they sell is CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. When I request for a certain donut and get dismissed by a young idiot as if she doesn't care and in fact doing me a favor, she obviously does not know what she is doing. That is not to mention that they don't seem to understand that just placing gloves on their hand and touching the dirty surfaces and the food at the same time, thinking is OK, is beyond me! Frankly I am not sure even the manager/s get it! Never ever will I attend that store again.

Horrible costumer service. The girls don’t listen to you. I ordered 2 bacon cheese and egg, one with no bacon and one as it is… both came with bacon. I ordered a ham croissant, that she didn’t even add to the order, I was standing and waiting for an order that wasn’t going to be made. I ordered two cappuccinos, one large, and one small with caramel. When I got my order, the small was a regular coffee with caramel. I took it back, explained that I ordered a cappuccino with caramel but I got a regular coffee instead… she was really attentive and got me a cappuccino…. When I was drinking it, no caramel. This didn’t only happen with me. During the short period of time I was standing there waiting for my order, a guy also complained that he ordered a coffee with no ice but it came with ice. He didn’t ask it back, but he should have. So then maybe by remaking the same order twice every time they would start paying more attention and getting costumers what they actually ordered.

I like this location, but every time I get my iced coffee from here the lid has coffee always under the rim and I get coffee all over my shirts! I will have to go to a different one when I am on that side of town. If it did not happen every time it maybe different. But I have had enough!

My donuts came horribly made. The donuts tasted god awful, and the guy behind the counter was literally using TikTok while I was trying to ask him what I wanted. He said one second. 15 minutes go by, I'm still waiting. At this point, another 15 minutes go by. I get the donuts, but I get the absolutely completely wrong order. I tried them in my car, and they tasted god awful. Never go here if you want some sweets.
Went into this location at 5:45 as there webpage said their were open until 7:00. Guess what? We waited for 10 minutes inside the building to order and nobody seemed to be working, as we finally left without ordering. Will not be returning to this location.

This place is very poorly managed. Never a manager in sight and they allow employees to shut down the ovens at 6:30(!), even though they close at 8:00. Unacceptable. The employees are LAZY. If I ask for a diet soda, they claim they have none there at the drive through, BUT there is in fact diet soda in the cooler by the registers. I’ve asked that they go to that cooler with is 20 steps away and they claim they “can’t”. This location is AWFUL!!!

So it 6:01, looks like the employees of this Dunkin donuts like to dip out an hour early. As soon as I pulled up they "ran" over and put a cart in front of the door and locked it. The door says it closes at 7:00 & online says it closes at 7. If I could give a lower score, I would... Feel sorry for the owner's.! 2 girls inside definitely fooling around.
