I love Duncan specifically for the frozen Matcha, it’s the best I’ve ever had. I only gave the atmosphere of four because I’ve never really been inside, but the outside is always clean and tidy and the staff is always friendly. I can always count on Dunkin to make the perfect frozen Matcha! 😁

I absolutely can’t with this location anymore. The workers are extremly rude and have no knowledge of anything they’re doing. Every time I come here SOMETHING is messed up. I’m a diabetic and asked for no sugar and sugar free syrup like I always do, and I always make sure to triple check with them that it’s sugar free. I got my drink, went home and drank it and knew immediately it had sugar. I looked at the label that was halfway off the cup, 2 sugar. Seriously dunkin? I called the store about 10 times because NOBODY picks up the phone, called the customer service line and nobody answered. What kind of business is this? I could have been KILLED with the sugar in this coffee.

I was trapped in the drive thru line for 25mins this morning. I placed my order online for pickup thinking it would be faster and there was only one car in front of me when I arrived. I guess they messed up her drinks and had to remake them which made everyone else wait 25 minutes. There was a car behind me and I couldn’t go backwards or pull forward to go around the car and I was literally in the drive thru line for 25 minutes when they could have told the customer to pull around to the front and they could have brought her stuff out instead of making everybody else wait that long. I was late for work because I couldn’t get out the drive thru line

I mean, it's Dunkin, how much can you say? They have good coffee and ok donuts but their breakfast sanniches are legit. The croissant sanniches in particular are good. I don't know man, it's Dunkin, they're everywhere for a reason.
Was there recently to pick up an order and was gonna try some food myself. The initial smell when walking in and seeing kids making items with no gloves changed my appetite! The rudeness of the young girls working front counter and drive thru on 7/1/25 guarantees I won’t spend a dime there and advising others not to as well.

I would like to say i received a warm welcome but that didnt happen. I ordered a hot matcha latte it was tepid at best.

I always ask if there is Mocha or at least they can add mocha swirls to my coffee (which other Dunkin Donuts do), but they always end up giving me something else, from black coffee to Hot Chocolate, or I ask for chocolate Glazed donuts, and they give me a chocolate frosted donuts. Very poor service.

My go to location but the service was so off today! Waiting for my order for 20 mins while my order was sitting in the inside counter and waiting to be handed to me—— finally had to ask again and finally handed my cold food and drinks 🤦♂️. Will avoid this location from now on.
