My go to location but the service was so off today!
Waiting for my order for 20 mins while my order was sitting in the inside counter and waiting to be handed to me—— finally had to ask again and finally handed my cold food and drinks 🤦‍♂️. Will avoid this location from now on.

I like this location, but every time I get my iced coffee from here the lid has coffee always under the rim and I get coffee all over my shirts! I will have to go to a different one when I am on that side of town. If it did not happen every time it maybe different. But I have had enough!

Staff here are unfriendly and not helpful with the exception of the young girl who is always on food. She is extremely pleasant. I hate that this is the location closet to us because it makes you choose other coffee places instead so you can have have a nice encounter.
