I was one of the first 100 customers on grand opening day and received a coupon book good for one free hot or iced coffee every week for 15 months. Talk about above and beyond. This is the proper way to show your local community some love. When the casinos don't acknowledge locals anymore it's nice a giant like Dunkin' Donuts still does. Well played Dunkin'!
Pulled up in the drive thru at 3:30pm on Sunday August 3rd to order and never was greeted over the intercom after waiting 5 minutes so I pulled up to the window and proceeded to wait another 5-10 minutes and recieved no service again. No one at the window almost as if its being ignored altogether , but there was a car in front of me that got serviced? So I am just confused. Very bad service
Continue to expand menu providing more choices. Good donuts and coffee always. Pleasant drive-thru service.

Dirtiest donuts shop I ever seen —very small seletion donuts with lazy staff with old food trash every table and counter and kitchen
they never cover donuts !

This place is always out of donuts and I can't understand why. Being across from the hospital and a nearby school if they're paying attention to their sales in their inventory this would probably not be happening they're running out of donuts at three and four in the afternoon and if you want to get a blueberry doughnut you better get here before 10 AM.

They seemed to not wanting to serve walk in customers, only drive through. Wow! 2 workers working, and both only focused on the drive through. So, we left. No wonder the place is empty.

You are extremely RUDE!! I just came into this DUnkin before flying home as I walked in I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, not one time did your workers acknowledge me there not one time did they say good morning I’ll be with you in a moment not one time did the disrespectful manager say hi give us a second !! After being frustrated, I said good morning. This is how you address customers may I please get some assistance what your disrespectful manager did say to me was excuse me. He’s in training and I said I beg to differ I work corporate HR and if anybody walked by any customer without greeting them insane good morning will be with you in a minute. We’re busy but just look you up and down it goes about his or her business is totally uncalled for!! You guys need to retrain your whole staff not only is the countertops dirty and filthy but your coffee is disgusting. I travel around quite a bit and I ordered through the app while I was staying at my friends mansion here in Vegas even the service through the app was disgusting. Get it together !

50% of the time I come here they get my order wrong. You can’t always check because everything’s wrapped in paper. So many times I’ve got home only to find out they’ve given me something completely different. Many times I have caught them handing me the wrong order and I’ve been able to fix it at that time. You should confirm with the customer when you hand them the order if you’re having such problem giving people the correct orders. It’s literally half the time you get it wrong. Completely disorganized
