If I could give it a 0 I would BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NONE OF THESE EMPLOYEES SEEM INTERESTED IN WORKING WHY CLOCK IN IF YOURE NOT GONNA DO YOUR JOB JUST THE WORST LOCATION. I was planning to get the munchkin donuts, but apparently they were 86 meaning they didn't have anymore according to her. I decided to go on the app and what a coincidence on the app it shows they're in stock. That doesn't even make any sense.

I stood in line with no one in front of me for over 5 minutes . At least 3 employees walked passed me and did not say anything they be right with me or anything . I guess you only get help in the drive thru at this location they could care less if you’re inside. I did not even order anything I just walked out because no one was helping me or even acknowledging they would help

Worst Dunkin I’ve been too. They rarely get your order right or get your order at all.Coffee isn’t great either.This is a poorly ran business. I won’t be coming back to this specific location.

I went to get my Daughters doughnuts at 7:20 am before school and they gave me the wrong doughnuts and when I told them they didn't care at all.. no extra doughnuts but what pissed me off is my daughter was almost late because she wanted her doughnuts.. they didn't say sorry or nothing... trash service

It’s like nobody works there. no one answers the phone when you call. That’s not good, you’re supposed to answer when a customer calls.
Management needs to train their team cause that’s unacceptable.

Went to the drive-thru asked for two pumpkin donuts and a cup of coffee when I got to the cashier she said we didn't get your coffee sorry so I said never mind on the coffee but I'll take my Donuts when I got home and I opened the little box they were the wrong Donuts they were sprinkle Donuts instead of pumpkin Donuts never going there again they are very incompetent

Customer service can be better. Management seems to lack any care when it comes to their employees not greeting or even telling their customers to have a good day. Vegas has always been known for our hospitality. You might as well just have robots take over. Sara the manager didn't really care either, she was short and said have a good day.

I have been a long time customer of this location and the service has gotten so bad. The young thin lady at the drive thru with long nails and brown hair does not say one word to you at all. Even when you ask a question. She also has no name tag ever. My 17 yr old son even calls it out, because the service is so bad. There are maybe 3 friendly happy employees there. Several times a week they mess up my coffee and I have to go in. Then they look at me like Im the problem. My coffee is so basic and they still cant get it right. The manager looks mad all the time. One of the young girls in the drive thru blamed the screw ups on all the males stating, because they are men they cant get it right....wow! Im so frustrated with this locations service and screw ups. Im bringing my business to Dutch Bros....yes, I will pay more for a smaller size, but theuyare ALWAYS friendly and makes your drink right....if not they own up to it. This location has some serious lack of training and bad customer service.

I go to this Dunkin’ often atleast a couple of times a week. The coffee used to be good but more often than not it’s tastes like complete garbage lately (last couple of months). I went back to the window today because my coffee tasted awful and they tried to tell me it’s supposed to taste like that?? I still had to come home and TRY to make it taste better. Waste of my money. Definitely done with this place and it’s awful service.

We were here today at approximately 2pm. We went thru the drive thru. There was a young gentleman helping us. They were out of Boston crème donuts. I ordered I small iced hot chocolate and a jelly donut and a chocolate frosted donut. When we got to the window we were informed there were out of chocolate frosted so I asked what else they had that was similar. He walked away and still didn’t come back and show the the alternative. Then I showed him my AARP card and he said what is that, which I informed he that I’ve been getting one free donut with the purchase of a drink or a discount but he said he never heard of that and just stood there staring at us. I asked him to go ask someone else, and again asked him to show me the alternative donut that he had suggested. Well a lady came to the window and stated that they don’t accepted AARP but would give us the senior discount that we were entitled to. So the young gentleman came back again without the donut to show me. At that point I figured there was no point in asking him again to see it and I just ordered it. Then he hands us the drink and the bag and closes the window, so we sat there and said “what” and my husband said can we at least have a receipt. He huffed about it but gave it to us. Then as we pulled away I realized he didn’t even give us a straw for the drink. We didn’t even bother to go back for it. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a Dunkin’ Donuts like this before. Guess we will not be returning there.

I ordered a médium drink and it was half way full when arrived i called and i was told my drink shrunk on the way . It was suppose to be an iced cappuccino and there was no ice in my drink i ordered a medium so i should be receiving what i ordered.

I rarely go inside the store to buy donuts as I always use drive thru. Since they messed up my order couple of times already in the past, i decided to go inside instead and order. The worst customer service indeed. The lady who took my order looks so mean like I felt like I am a nuissance. After I paid, I even say thank you.. does she even respond? Nope... she gave me a cold shoulder.... like no emotions except a mean look. How is she even in the counter? I will never order inside again.
