I really think men shouldn’t work in food places cause it is always the worst service and they never seem to have any common sense… the boy with long curly hair just seemed so confused and just randomly mid order stopped taking it and a new girl got on the mic and had someone else’s order. Bless her she was the only one who was nice and seemed competent

PLEASE STOP DOING THIS…I don't pay almost $7 for a cup that looks like it’s been drank out of 😒I understand when there’s foam but y'all should let that settle and then fill the cup up…my husband got this for me and it was light when he handed it to me smh I just knew it wasn’t filled up…do better.

I'm super disappointed they obviously didn't read the instructions on my drink bc I put add sugar and less ice and they made it completely wrong and then refused to remake it. Never again I'll stick to my normal dunking on Maryland parkway

To start off a dozen donuts now cost $20 unless you want something nice like cream filled or jelly filled then it cost more and if you’re not willing to sit through the drive-through, don’t even bother going inside because all you can do inside is pay and pick up at the window

This is a fairly reliable LOC. Service is often friendly & fast.

The complaint i have is that the bagels they serve are usually hard.

DD, can you explain the policy of serving a fresh and soft bagel? DD, does this store serve day old items? (or, even MORE than a day old)

Absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been too. Gave them several opportunities to fix issues with orders, hair in my food twice, talked with the supposed manager, and when I realized they either didn’t care (most likely) or were just too incompetent I stopped giving them my business all together. Took a long hiatus, and thought to give them a try because surely management is taking note of all the poor reviews. Asked for a large matcha with light ice and received a 3/4 filled cup with extra ice. Please save your patience, time, and give business to people who actually care to provide decent service.

I had came to this location my entire life & it WAS always great. They were the only food joint that kept their inside closed during Covid & continued to for 4 years. Finally 2024 they opened up the inside again just to quickly change it to drive through only? Are you serious?? Dunkin’ Donuts are about to close a lot of locations because of this.
