Almost always rude customer service.
Always lackluster service from employees who literally make it known they don't wanna be there.
Drinks made wrong several times. The amount of sugar they add to drinks is consistently way too much.
Location doesn't accept cash, even though it's legal tender. HARD pass.

Wasn't given the hash browns that come with the $6 meal deal and ordered 2 deals. Asked for ketchup and hot sauce and was told its in the bag. I get home and no ketchup or hot sauce in the bag. I ordered a coffee with 6 sugar 3 cream and its just black coffee. I tried calling the store and no answer. Never again

Today, I went to pick up some food items around 8 to 8:10 am, but the lady taking orders wouldn't let us see the menu without interrupting, even after I asked her three times to give us a minute.They rush you to make a decision and have an attitude at the window. The guy working the window is always rude and shuts it before we can ask for a receipt.

Coffee drinkers.,,,,,they don’t understand the difference between unsweetened and sugar free. The manager will argue with you about it. 0 outta 10. Don’t recommend. Called them up, asked her to just make it right and she refused lol. Never in my life 😂😂😂😂😂. Anywell. Dunkin’ amirite?!?!

Came by to get the new Wicked tin box and ordered saying can we get two boxes and the employee kept making if difficult and said oh it’s 25 munchkins and we said okay whatever it is to get two boxes because we don’t go to Dublin frequently and then we get to the window and pay but he hands us two cardboard boxes of munchkins and he says oh we don’t have the box even though we ordered two wicked tin boxes from the start and made it clear from the start we’re here to buy the wicked boxes so what they charged us was for 25 munchkin which I don’t know why since they’re suppose to be ten in a box and either way why didn’t he say that before charging us that they didn’t have the box so we payed and left to another Dunkin by Las Vegas boulevard and they were so nice and told us that store gets a lot of complaints and urged us to go get a refund cause it was unacceptable so we did but the guy had a whole attitude which was not necessary

😷Asked for extra bacon on my sandwhich. Didn't receive that tho I paid etra for it. The bacon on my other sandwhich was damn near raw. Had to stand back in line to get my two drinks. The hashbrowms were nasty. They didn't taste like they were fried in grease. Tasted more like being cooked in a heavily dirty old food air fryer. The hasbrowns weren't edible. Had a weird taste. The young man/boy who wrapped my sandwhich needs to learn how to properly wrap a sandwhich. And the cheese was no where near melted because the sandwhich was luke warm. Waste of time going miles out of my way. Waste of money. I should of went next door to McDonalds. They had a line in drive thru unlike Dunkins. I'm sure the food would of been hot as well. Clean up that lobby. Fix that window and the Dunkin donut sign🙄

Yesterday was a really morning for me. I don’t expect Dunkin employees to know what I was going through but i almost had to put my dog down and I had been home since 10am yesterday crying waiting on the doctor to call me to let me know she had passed or I was going to have to put her down or I was picking her up. By 1pm yesterday I got the call of good news better than I expected I was to pick up my dog. So before I left to go to the vets I needed help with her as she still sedated. So my friend came with me and I wanted to treat her to a drink and I really wanted that cup. I called before I went up there and I was told rudely on the phone yes they had them but I had to buy the drink which i already knew but it was how she said it. So I headed to the location on eastern and flamingo and i ordered 2 medium strawberry refreshers and I get to the window. The lady takes my card and I pay and then she handed me one cup and I asked her for the second cup. She said no and said it’s one per order and if I wanted a second cup to go order another drink but I had to go back through the drive through and I was like no I’m not doing that I’m here now and I bought 2 drinks spent over $12 bucks. She then was like I can refund you one drink she did and then was like give me back my other cup. Did she really say that she wanted back the other cup. I asked for her manager she said I am the manager then I said well there’s someone above you she said no there isn’t I’m the highest there is which I know that’s a lie. There’s always district manager or supervisor above a manager but she wasn’t going to give me that information. So she refunded me and I left with one drink one cup and my friend got nothing. Now to get to my dog now we had to go pick her up. I spent $1300 on her echocardiogram test and sedation to see what was going with her heart. Imagine the sadness and grief I was going through that morning and to go to a Dunkin and to have to argue with an employee who says they are a manager who said you can only get one cup and my friend who was doing me a favor didn’t get a drink or a cup. Where was it in the rules of Dunkin I could only get one cup. Very sad experience and this wasn’t the first bad experience I had at this location. I’m so disappointed ☹️

First and last time I would go to this location! Looks like they only cater to lazy drive through customers! First Dunkin I've been too where you walk in and there is no counter, no workers, just a hallway with a Kiosk and that's about it. No thanks!

Found Dunkin.. in Vegas right outside our hotel. Right on the Strip! What more could you ask for? It was early, and most were not open. But Dunkin was.
